If I could give less than one star I would. They charged me for a service that wasn't rendered and for the service that was allegedly rendered (extermination), I have seen every insect, creature and creepy crawly inside of my house. I emailed and expressed my concern and requested a refund. I am still waiting for a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

When creepy crawlies are bugging you, bug him. Norm at Arrow American Pest is my bug guy! The spiders and ants were unbearable, and he was out to our house within the week. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much.

Best service I have ever had. They really care about the customer.

I've been a customer for about 9 years. AAP always calls before they come, their employees are always professional, and they keep the bugs away. I have their quarterly treatment plan and the termite bait stations. Before AAP we had a company that didn't keep the termites away and twice we had termites. We haven't had any problems since we started with AAP.
