If i could give a 0 star i would!!! They are horrible! They say that they will service your home every 3 months but that doesn't happen and they will continue to charge you, monthly, even after you've canceled the service and say they have no record of you canceling. They are liars, they even lied to the BBB. Then tell you that in order for them to officially close the account and stop the harassing calls, texts, emails, you have to pay an additional 3 months after your last service. When I initiated service, I made an advance payment prior to a technician's visit, indicating that customers typically pay in advance for services. My last payment was in September. Therefore, if service was indeed rendered in October, as their falsified records indicated, I am unclear as to why the account cannot be closed with a zero balance. Is the company experiencing financial difficulties that necessitate retaining customer funds? Despite a recent communication a week ago, my account remains active and they still attempt to charge my bank card almost daily. Dont sign up with them, they do not honor any part of their contract.There was a 5 month gap where no one came to service my home which is why I initially attempted canceling the service however, as you can see from their response, they make it virtually impossible to cancel and continue not showing up, charging you and gaslighting the customer, attempting to put the responsibility on you to make sure they're showing up and doing their job. Dont believe any part of their response, they know EXACTLY who i am. Also dont believe those paid for, incentivized reviews. They've gotten the same complaints here and other places on the web over and over again and do nothing to correct their horrible business practices. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!! There are better companies that charge less, are consistent, do exactly what uve paid for and come on an as needed basis. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, SHADY COMPANY!!!!!

First and foremost, services are in fact quarterly, and if you feel that you may have missed some services, or that the treatment wasn't suffeniant enough for your needs, every customer is entitled to an unlimited amount of fully complementary reservices that you can schedule at 443-552-3242. In addition, this number can be used to reach an account manager, our specialists tasked with aiding you in closing your account if you so choose to do so. Unfortunately, this is the only way to close one's account, and attempts via email, or SMS cannot lead to the subscription's cancelation. If you would like to learn more about these processes, or have any further concerns please reach out to the number above.

Horrible company with shady business practices do not sign up for their service plan. They will repeatedly bill you without performing any of the services and then threaten you with a collection bill when you cancel.

This company is crappie, this guy showed up at my door and made me subscribe to their services let me know that I can cancel the services whenever I want. I later told them I dont want the services and they told me I have to pay for cancelation fees. I told them thats not what I was told. They change the name of their company to a different name and be collected money in my account with no services provided since July or August, and they sent someone out today under the snow to come provide services after I reported them to my bank, and they went and changed their name to a different name and be collecting money. I dont want to see your company on my property again.

Started receiving charges on my Discover Card from PayPal (7 in a two week period) between $1.00 and $15.00. Since my Discover card is in no way associated with my PayPal I contacted Discover and found out the Charges were coming from Frontline via PP. I contacted Frontline who said they had no record of these payments. I cancelled my contract with them. Can’t prove they did anything wrong but why take the chance. Something smells.

We signed up for the service because they promised we would be able to sit in our backyard this summer and not have to worry about mosquitoes, and other bugs. At no time were we informed of a cancellation fee. We were serviced 3 times in the summer. It did nothing. We had them come out to service our deck area again, as we had a lot of ants. Nothing changed. Now they’re trying to charge us to cancel the service. The account manager I talked to kept interrupting me telling me the service works. He wanted me to take 3 months of service on them, so they can show us it works, and if it doesn’t, then they’d let us cancel. When I declined that, he said something to the effect of “well, you know how this is going to go…” meaning we would be charged a cancellation fee.

Please stay away from this company. They don't control anything, they never control the cockroaches in my house. They want you to pay them monthly without providing any services. The technician will leave a bag of "pest-killing chemicals" at your door, The methods they use never work I called many times to cancel the service because I didn't see any improvements in my house and they never wanted to cancel it. They always told me that they would send someone better (Lies). I stopped paying for 2 months and they sent it to collections. I had to pay so I wouldn't ruin my credit with a junk company. If it helps, go to Home Depot, buy poisons, apply them yourself, and it will be cheaper. You won't get into trouble with this company that only makes false promises.

They failed to provide us good service in 1 year period and failed to finish roaches and centipedes in our house. They send a service guy and he does nothing except spraying and leaves the house in 5 minutes. They did fake promises to finish roaches issue in 3-4 month initially and even after 1 yr we are seeing them every where in the house and when I ask them to change the chemical or put any other chemicals they reply that we have to extend the contract for 1 more yr and failed badly to give any satisfactory results and answer. They have no solutions for our roach problem and very much focused on their monthly payments. They waisted my whole one yr by lying that we will get rid of roaches in 3-4 months. Now they asking to extend the contract and have no solutions for roaches at all. The chemical they use we can easily buy from Walmart. I won’t recommend them to anyone

My daughter got the service and was totally dissatisfied. She feel trapped into paying for a service that never shows up but continues to charge her monthly. The company have been taking money from her account since around January of this year, but have only been out to service the house two times. And to end the service they want and additional 300.00 that’s ridiculous. The worst part is the service isn’t worth the price they charge. And there are still spiders and bugs in the house. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this company. That’s why they trap folks into a year contract?

I’m typically hesitant on door to door salesmen, but figured I’d give frontline a try after taking care of my own yard for years. It’s a shame they live up to the reputation. Had more insects after 3 months than prior. I will say they did send out a technician twice to follow up but it didn’t help much. Worse part was having to pay a 300$ cancellation fee for a service that wasn’t up to par. If I sound picky - there were ants that made their way into my kitchen near the end of 3 months. Ultimately they held contract language over my head when attempting to cancel snd tried to upsell me on further treatment. I’m out 300$ for canceling but at least the bugs are gone. Would not go back or recommend.

I had a terrible experience with Frontline Pest Control and feel obligated to warn others. From the start, the service felt shady and unprofessional. The treatment they provided was clearly done with cheap, ineffective supplies — pests were back within days, and it seemed like no real work was done. The staff were rude, untrained, and acted like they were in a rush to leave rather than actually solve the problem. Every time I had a concern, I was met with dismissive responses and zero accountability. But the worst part? Trying to cancel. They make the cancellation process intentionally difficult, throwing you into endless phone calls, delays, and loopholes. It’s as if they’re trying to trap you into paying more rather than just letting you leave. It’s exhausting and stressful — they make your life hell just for trying to stop a service that doesn’t even work. Frontline is a textbook example of what bad service looks like. I regret ever signing up and hope others think twice before dealing with them!!
