These guys did an awesome job helping me solve some water issues around my house. They connected all my downspouts to large flow wells in the back of my property. As well as regrading my entire yard. Entire team was professional and did great work. Mark and Jeff were overseeing the project and made sure everything went smoothly. I had to leave before they completed the job but when I arrived back home I found they went out of their way to do some extra work that wasn't part of the original plan which I appreciated. Would highly recommend them if you’re looking for some water solutions and a great price.

One of our neighbors has hired Turf and Landscape Management for a number of projects over the years. We figured we would ask them for a quote to ,clear out, edge ,trim and mulch our yard this Spring. Not only was their quote very reasonable, they performed beyond expectations. The work was A+++ high quality and they performed additional maintenance tasks without us even asking. They seemed to be booked during most of the Spring and now we understand why . We will definitely contract them out for future work. Very professional ,courteous and considerate staff and they performed admirably. Our yard looks magnificent and they did not leave any stones unturned.

This new program makes it easier for some people to pay on-line. Only thing it would of been appropriate for your company to let the customers know that this new program was starting and mailed invoices would be going away. I just received the invoice for February 2025 on March 27th. Thank your guys for always coming out and doing a great job on site. Mrs. Jones

We understand your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.<br>Our new billing program is just fully rolling out this month, and we’re working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone. A paper statement for February services was mailed on 03/21, and the original invoice was also emailed to the email address we had on file on 02/07 at 2:20 PM. According to our system, it was viewed the same day at 5:23 PM.<br>Following our phone call yesterday and your request to have the invoice sent to a different email address going forward, we updated your account and promptly resent the invoice. This marks the third time the February invoice has been sent.<br>We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this new system, and we’re here to help if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Paid over $1000 for “summer clean up”. Some of my yard looked worse after. Half pruned shrubs, dead plants left behind, and some areas looking like they were run over. Emailed and was told the plants are at the end of their life cycle with no offer to fix. Would give 1 star but they did a good job restoring my patio.

Hello,<br>We received your email on August 11th at 5:50 pm, where you stated you had returned 4 days after the job was completed and that the yard looked amazing even despite the heavy rain we had received since then, you did have a concern regarding the lilies. We responded by addressing that the lilies are at the end of their lifecycle, and are diminishing in appearance in all yards, around this time of year is when most customers have us cut them down. Also, mulching was not completed at this time of service, as it was not requested. Our general landscape clean-up consists of weeding and pruning. We do not have a record of our office receiving any call regarding this matter, only the correspondence that occurred over email regarding the lilies, the following email we received on August 15th, at 1:53 pm stating that you understood the lilies are at the end of their lifecycle and that next year, we will skip that bed. We did not hear back from you regarding the matter until August 19th at 1:34 pm regarding only the appearance of the lilies again, to which at that time we offered to come back out and cut them down. <br><br>Turf and landscape management is a family-owned and operated local business since 1991. As you can see in our other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. When concerns are brought to our attention we are quick to address them and mend the situation to ensure the customer's satisfaction.<br><br>Thank you,<br>Turf and Landscape Management.

The services were fine; even when the treatments did not work they were willing to come out and try again; however, the office management was poor; I called to have my CC run to pay my balance <1 month ago; today I received a call putting my account on hold due to failure to pay my balance; the woman I spoke to is the person who did not run my card correctly. When I called to then "pay again" and cancel my account due to frustration; she said "people make mistakes" and hung up on me; instead of communicating and trying to make it right. Therefore, the customer service is not one in which I recommend anyone deals with, esp. when there are plenty of other companies out there who provide these services. Your response is not correct; I was never contacted via phone or email; I actually called you all and told the person to run my card when I remember to do so after seeing the yard sign; the next call I got was 3-4 weeks later saying I did not pay my bill. Ultimately, instead of hanging up on a costumer, maybe apologize and take responsibility for the mistake. Again, the work was always great, however, the last exchange was unprofessional.

It was an uncommon instance.<br><br>We had tried to reach you multiple times regarding your past due balance dating back 5 months. Within that time frame we had mailed you 7 statements regarding your past due balance and never heard back. We have been in business since 1991 - 31 years and have not received any complaints as such regarding billing or management during that time. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers.<br><br>We thank you for resolving this matter and paying your past due balance.<br><br>Please note: There was no record or request to charge a debit/credit card when you called in a month ago to inquire about our complimentary free of charge retreatment of an application, since the initial phone call you have received two mailed statements stating your past due balance. During the phone call today the receptionist processed your request to pay your bill and cancel services. She apologized for any confusion that may have occurred and tried to make you feel heard, she then confirmed that your account was closed meaning you were no longer an active customer, she explained that a receipt would be emailed to you to confirm the payment made on the past due balance and she proceeded to apologize once more for your dissatisfaction in paying the past due bill and wished you a good day.<br><br>We thank you for resolving this matter and paying your past due balance. Have a nice day!
