The Bug Man

Called out The Bug Man to assess a bug problem and discuss my options. Trevor did a thorough inspection and noted a minor issue. He gave me his opinion and options for treatment. He was easy to understand and offered a reasonable solution at a reasonable price. Never tried to upsell. He worked efficiently and professionaly.

We made the call and The Bugman responded timely within the same day. As a small company we are very satisfied with the quality of service and rates.

I had 2 different companies come out and they never fixed the problem, my girlfriend saw the bug man on Facebook and we decided to give them a try. John came a couple days later, he explained everything in detail. He asked me what type of insects have I been seeing and if I had seen different sizes (babies and adults) he then explained that the one treatment kills adults and the other kills the baby insects. They always take their time when treat the house. They go above amd beyond to accommodate with my schedule as well. Trust me, give these guys a try first before calling someone, you won't be disappointed.

Trevor did a great job getting rid of the hornets nest in our backyard. Quick and efficient.

Quick response, good explanations and communication when they arrived, we signed up for quarterly service. After spraying, they took initiative and left some mouse bait by garage door without us asking so we don't have to for the winter! Also offered to come back if we had any problem areas, great first service call.

Trevor calmly dealt with a huge nest of ground dwelling yellow jackets for us. Fair price and conscientious work. Dug up the nest, too and disposed of it. Impressively fast same day response. Highly recommend!

The Bug Man services are very professional! Not only are they budget friendly but they do a fantastic job! I was losing my mind with all the bugs in our new house after we moved there, and didn’t know about a bug problem. After one call to their office it was fixed and has remained that way!! John came and evaluated my home for Services as my former Pest Control company stop very suddenly and I was in great need of having my yard sprayed so I am very happy with the Bugman services as he came in and took care of what was needed as far as my spiders and other bugs that were on the exterior of my home and yard .John did a very thorough job as my home had many cobwebs. They are great a company and I would highly recommend them. They are also very reasonable with their prices.

John, the owner of The Bug Man responded to my house and listened to my concerns about subterranean termites. An entire home treatment plan was discussed. Within a few minutes John provided me with a fair price and further advised he could start the treatment process within days. John arrived on time and was fully prepared to properly complete the treatment service. Approximately five hours passed and the treatment service was complete. Based on my experience with John the Bug Man, I absolutely recommend hiring him based on his on time arrival, preparedness, honesty, hardworking attitude and a fair price.
