I had a great experience with ACCUTECH PEST MANAGEMENT and can’t say enough good things about Ron. I called with a rodent problem, and he came out right away, which meant so much because I was very worried. He did a thorough inspection inside and around my unit and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ron was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease. I went from feeling stressed to feeling confident in the plan. I highly recommend Ron and his company. You will be in great hands!

Ron came out to do an inspection after I had another company (EcoShield) tell me I needed a $10,000 treatment for a mouse infestation in my attic. Before he even looked in the attic, he knew the exact sales pitch we got from EcoShield. Lo and behold, Ron found no evidence of current or recent mouse activity. I will be switching to Accutech for any pest services from now on.
Had a yellow jacket nest in the backyard. They came out the next day and took care of it. Technician was very courteous and professional. Really happy they got it done so quickly!

I have had Dave come out to inspect my house for the last 3 years. He is professional and always so pleasant. He does a thorough inspection of my house and crawl space which gives me piece of mind. I highly recommend his services - he is awesome.
Great customer service! Techs are all well trained and good at what they do. I recommend this company if you want to prevent Ants or other pests around your home

Accutech Pest Management always does a great job. I go months even throughout the sping/summer months before seeing any bugs in my house after they sprayed. If ever I do see a bug, even if they sprayed within a couple weeks, they will come out free of charge with the contract and spray again. Kathleen, who takes the calls, is absolutely wonderful too, kind and caring towards your pest needs. I highly recommend them.

I recommend Accutech to anyone who has any kind of pest problems. Scott helped me out with any questions i had, he was patient and very knowledgeable. They were able to help me get rid of my pesky mice. They were driving me crazy, lol.

I've been working with them for the past 6 months, to no elimination of the pest issues. Need to escalate to treatments that Accutech doesn't offer. Doesn't matter how affable and friendly the technician is, (I still think he's a great guy as a person), the point is to eliminate the pests, and now I need to spend the same amount of money again on a deeper treatment. UPDATE: In response to the response, the treatment companies I've consulted have each independently stated that your scheduling of one chemical treatment a month was insufficient, each of them were offering every two weeks at the longest. Additionally, they stated that your chemical selection were of growth inhibitors, not anything that would kill.

Well, I called yesterday and explained that I had a time sensitive situation. Was assured that somebody would be out the next day from 2-4 even though it’s Labor Day. Disappointed that they did not show up. No call. Office closed. Left a message. I could have called and scheduled with a dependable and reliable company but their reviews were good so thought I would give them a chance. Ugh.

The man they sent to my home was AWESOME! He was nice, answered alll of my questions, and was clean. He brought his own shoe covers and explained the process. The ONLY thing I wish was that the company sealed possible entrance/exit points & hole for rodents. Other than that GREAT customer service. Thank you to the guy from L.A. California. If I could give this company 1 star I would. They didn’t address any of the rodent issues, I had. All they did was put a bunch of useless traps . I spent several weeks researching how to rid rodents, let me give Accutech a brief lesson, you must locate entry points, seal entry points, and ensure you’re trapping rodents with a specific trap. These rodents can activate a trap without getting caught. Accutech should remove their rodent service from their website. All they do is put traps without solving the problem. Waste of money!
I do not recommend this company. They are unprofessional and unethical in their practices. I scheduled a service with the company for $280, and after the technician completed the work, he suggested I join their pest control program. He assured me I could cancel anytime if the problem was resolved and planned to return in a month for a check-up. He showed up at my door without any previous notice, I received no reminders, which is unusual. Consequently, I was unprepared for the technician's visit so I asked him to come back at a later date but agreed to pay for the visit. The situation deteriorated when I contacted their customer service to discuss these issues. The representative was not professional, blaming me for forgetting the appointment despite the lack of communication from their side. Even raising her voice. Moreover, when I tried to cancel the service due to this poor experience, the representative was extremely rude, insisting I pay the full amount of the contract which is $450 and even threatening to damage my credit score. This experience has left me very upset and disappointed, as it falls short of the expected standard of service.

Both of those interactions detailed the terms of the agreement. I'm afraid you may have heard what you wanted to hear or just decided to make up your conversations. Also, we have confirmation that you scheduled the appointment that you say was our communication breakdown. I'm sorry that you were not willing to meet your promise but we will continue to meet ours.
We have used Accutech for a few years now and they do not disappoint. Keeping the ants and spiders away as scheduling is very easy and they are quick to respond. Very professional, always on time, they get the job done right the first time and they offer fair pricing. Highly recommend!

So far I have worked with Accutech for an estimate and signed a contract for monthly yard treatments, which I have had one. Every interaction with anyone at Accutech has been very responsive, professional and courteous. I emailed to schedule an estimate, it was promptly answered and scheduled within a couple days. The tech, Nick was on time, answered all our questions and provided promised paperwork within an hour of the visit. After signing the contract, I spoke to a very pleasant lady in the office who took her time to go over the process and get my first treatment scheduled. Nick again arrived on time, was polite and completed the job quickly after briefly speaking to me about the service. The online billing is also easy to use. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days! Keep it up!

Use another company. I had home inspection, I was told by first tech rats were in attic... Second tech noticed it was actually bat's.... This company does not do anything about bat's so I asked them not to return since I had to hire a good exterminator. Accutech still charging full contract even though they did not complate the work. What a joke of an owner. Find somewhere that takes care of customers in a professional Manor. Not accutech! Than they reply with more lies. Clowns

It is always fun when the customer tees it up for you!! We can explain the agreement verbally, present it in writing AND show the results physically but when the problem is solved, it doesn't mean that the contract is now null and void. We made a promise and want to fulfill it. If you try to cancel because the problem is solved, that's not fulfilling your end of the agreement.<br><br>Even so, no hard feelings.
Every time we had a service I had to call them back to treat again. There were a few times I just didn’t call back because I didn’t feel like dealing with it again…..taking off work to let them in. Very disappointed, very expensive for what you get.

The majority of our customers enjoy the auto visits where they stay pest free and never have to be home at all. Its one of the perks that adds value to those who utilize it. Ive also learned that over 23 years in business that the customers who owe the money tend to find us the most expensive.
Came in for a water and termite inspection on a commercial location I was inquiring to buy. Totally missed a huge area of previous termite damage.no mention of it in report,luckily the Next inspector found the damage that was in plain view. Will cost over 20k to repair this damage. Will not recommend or use this company again. They offered to change their report to match the pictures I sent them but when asked to come back and do a thorough inspection which I paid for they refused. Total incompetence.Just want your money that’s it . Beware
