I do not recommend this company. They are unprofessional and unethical in their practices. I scheduled a service with the company for $280, and after the technician completed the work, he suggested I join their pest control program. He assured me I could cancel anytime if the problem was resolved and planned to return in a month for a check-up. He showed up at my door without any previous notice, I received no reminders, which is unusual. Consequently, I was unprepared for the technician's visit

I had 2 different companies come out and they never fixed the problem, my girlfriend saw the bug man on Facebook and we decided to give them a try. John came a couple days later, he explained everything in detail. He asked me what type of insects have I been seeing and if I had seen different sizes (babies and adults) he then explained that the one treatment kills adults and the other kills the baby insects.
