I scheduled a service with the company for $280, and after the technician completed the work, he suggested I join their pest control program. He assured me I could cancel anytime if the problem was resolved and planned to return in a month for a check-up. He showed up at my door without any previous notice, I received no reminders, which is unusual. Consequently, I was unprepared for the technician's visit

I had 2 different companies come out and they never fixed the problem, my girlfriend saw the bug man on Facebook and we decided to give them a try. John came a couple days later, he explained everything in detail. He asked me what type of insects have I been seeing and if I had seen different sizes (babies and adults) he then explained that the one treatment kills adults and the other kills the baby insects. They always take their time when treat the house. They go above amd beyond to accommod

UPDATE SPRING 2025: We have been with this company for several years now and I am STILL wonderfully impressed. We have a very small house, so when the weather is nice, we are outside on the porch or gathering with friends on the patio. To not have to worry about bugs biting is a HUGE plus!
