Orkin

Had initial appointment set for 10/30/2023 for around 8:30 a.m. I canceled my appointments for that day so I would be home. Got a text from the tech saying that he couldn’t come out till 10/31/2023 at 09:30 a.m. I agreed cause I understand that things happen and sometimes schedules can be messed up to start with. So I again cancelled the appointments I had that morning.Got a text from tech on 10/30/2023 in the evening, he again confirmed that he would be at my house around 09:30 on 10/31/2023. W

If I could leave less then one star I would. My first initial visit from the Orkin man was very quick & he used very little product in our home. After signing the contract with him he informed us that he was not our regular Orkin man & told us our Orkin lady was on vacation & the company was going to be franchised. I called Orkin six or seven times because I was still experiencing a pest problem & it was getting worse. I finally got them to send out our Orkin lady that will work in our area. I l

Had an initial appt to review property. The visit went well. Scheduled appt for treatment, that resulted in a no call / no show. Then rescheduled for 9am about a week later. Called around 1PM stating it was raining. The rain had just started. Rescheduled a couple more times (weather). Was scheduled for today (May 15th). Another no call / no show. If the sky may be gray the week of your appt, they may not show up.
