I have used Appalachian Pest Control for various jobs through the years and will continue to use them for all my pest control needs. Mike has amazing customer service and affordable prices, his employees are prompt, informative, and very customer orientated. 5 stars across the board!

Service was scheduled as customer requested for Friday evening after 4 and that if anything changed with scheduling someone would call her back on Thursday evening. Customer called at 8:41am Friday 8-8-25 it was scheduled a return at 9:30am when tech finished his current stop. But I returned her call at 9:07am and customer expressed she felt we had giving her the run a round and I Apologized that she felt that way and told her we would cancel her service scheduled for today as she requested.
We have contractors at our home this week and they ran into a yellow jacket issue — we needed someone quick to remedy the problem! Mark was here within 2 hours and got the job done perfectly! Thanks so much Mark! We appreciate you!!!

I had a hornets nest near the eave of my home. Took him a few days to get here, but once he arrived my problem was solved in under 20 minutes. I had googled nat'l avg pricing & he charged only about 1/2 that. Much appreciation

I’d definitely use these guys again! The gentleman that came to my home was extremely professional, answered any and all of my 9 billion questions! Super fast response time and got all the paperwork I needed super fast. Their pricing was also amazing!
