We were told that Emery would come out once a month for 8 months after we paid signed contract and paid the initial payment, I called numerous times and no one would return my call for additional services, too many other options available to put up with this lack of professionalism.

They forget appointments and some of their techs are extremely rude and talk down to their customers. Also be prepared that if they do show up they will be hours late with no phone call to say they are running behind schedule. Also they will most likely have to treat your property twice because they don't listen to the entire problem. Also they will smoke on your property while spraying chemicals without permission.
