Seth has somehow miraculously gotten the roaches at the Champion at Bluegrass under control!!! When my neighbor moved out I was invaded to the point they were falling on your head!!! Since he has taken over around 3 months ago the number started dwendling immediately. And I'm happy to say I haven't seen any in the past month!!! Give that guy a raise because he is always professional always polite and has worked miracles here!!!! THANK YOU SETH!!!!!
