UPDATE: The brand manager, Jeff, called me within 24hours of this review. He admitted known issues with the call center and promised to work to correct. He gave me his direct phone line for any services I needed moving forward. I felt a lot better after talking to Jeff. If I could give zero I would - The general manager of this location decided to cancel my service without possibility of reinstatement because we questioned their accountability of bat-abatement and why Terminix refuses to honor their promise of said service. Had pest, termite, and bat - so the General Manager chose to cancel my entire account because we expect companies to live up to their promises. Poor communication amongst representatives, clearly trying to upsell us when visiting our home, and an inspector raised his voice in frustration at us when we didn’t understand why there were so many discrepancies in prices between what was cited on the phone vs in person. We called for an issue with ants and we were soon being lead on a tour of our home to look for mice and termites, despite having no signs of either, the inspector tried to upsell us into preventative measures for these issues.
