I had a wonderful experience with Select Pest Control from the beginning to the end. We found Yellow jackets on our property. We had reached out to a lot of companies. But Select Pest Control stood out among the rest. First with their outstanding customer service from Gerald(manager). He was patient and understanding with me and scheduled an appointment for me the following day. Today we had Dalton come out and he was AWESOME..He listened to our concerns and was very patient with us. He explained each and everything he was going to do with each product he used. Fingers crossed that these bees will be gone in the next day or two. I will provide an update...

hard to say you have permits when your geese services are not even listed on your site. they are not following the guidelines for canadian goose depreciation and are ruining the area.

Killing unborn baby geese? That’s disgusting! Shame on you!

Geese are federally protected. Having your trucks out in public with employees crushing geese eggs and trying to poison these birds isn't a good look. I'd buy a new house and everything that goes in it before I'd give this company a dime

Whoever the lady is who answers the phone for scheduling is always rude and acts like it's a burden to be calling them. There has also been multiple times where we are to have a property sprayed and they don't even show up to the right address. You'd think when you're providing someone with their business they don't act like it's a burden over the phone. Hire a new phone receptionist.

I used Select Pest Control a few years ago and had great service from an older man. Today, I called and was told they would no longer come to my location for the service I now need. Keep in mind, a few years ago I had a free inspection and did not even need service done in the end. This time I actually do need to pay for a service but I was told they would not come to my address for the service I need. I guess it isn't expensive enough. Very disappointed.

Select pest control treated our condo yesterday and left the most awful mess behind on my patio!! Every piece of our patio furniture was splashed with white chalky spots!! It took me more than two hours cleaning it all up. Had to use a detergent to get off furniture and I have some on screen door that will not come off. The most unprofessional service.

Try other places. After 3 treatments for the bedbug we were good for 2 months. Then the bugs are back. Called back in. The lady answered the phone said they don’t have any warranty for bedbug treatment. She also mentioned if they do, they cannot make any money. Then after she talked to her husband and called me back saying they only have 30 days warranty and there is a charge for any treatment after that. Well, even if you spray by yourself you got like 30 days of grace period. Why bother use their service? They are cheaper but you have no guarantees. Try other places or just spray by yourself.

Service guy was very rude and disrespectful when asked to spray certain problem areas actually got loud with me and started yelling at me to not tell him how to do his job. Only comes on and sprays behind fridge and right by cabinets and every once in awhile in the bathrooms does not do living room or bedrooms at all this problem been going on over a year with the same company no progress being made the problem is getting worse not better they should be ashamed to have this guy working for this business at all and I hope it doesn’t reflect the service you would receive from the company as a whole And during this whole pandemic is actually entering people’s apartments multiple units with no masks on 😷

Try elsewhere first. We have a wasp nest somewhere in our walls, but we only know the vague location. The technician wasn't willing to look in the attic or the crawl space, and said he didn't have the equipment with him to help locate them. He ultimately left the job site without investigating further. We still have a wasp nest in the walls of our house. The whole experience was exasperating.
