Excellent service for two different repairs: windshield and rear view mirror. They are reliable and quick. Jack's stands behind their work. I'd highly recommend.

Jack’s Glass replaced 13 windows in my house with broken seals. They were professional, responsive, punctual and reasonable. Their work is very good, and I would use them again without hesitation. They went above and beyond for me and my project.

Phill and I were down bad when our car window malfunctioned amongst the Snow and freezing temperatures. Jason took care us without hesitation and also saved us money and we are extremely grateful for their service and top notch standards. Ty again

Jack's Glass has provided exceptional service and value to my home and my aunts home. From Bill in the office to Jim and Eddie in the field professional and friendly service. The value they can literally fix and replace any window. My town home has specific windows per the community. Manufacture is out of business...No problem Jack's glass can fixed that. My aunts house 10 windows seals all broke and in operable Yea they fixed all those too. If it's a seal broke or glass cracked or a complete sash falls to the ground from 3 stories high and crazy river winds. I call Jack's Glass problem solved!!

Took my wife’s car to Jack’s Glass after a windshield crack big enough to qualify as a scenic overlook. Jason made the whole thing painless, which is more than I can say for explaining to my wife how the crack definitely wasn’t my fault. Service was fast, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable for something involving shattered glass. The new windshield is so clean I almost drove into a bird thinking it was open air. Jason, if you’re reading this—thanks for fixing the glass and keeping my marriage intact.

Absolutely a Godsend!!! These folk go over and beyond to help a costumer out! We had a rock shatter our car window on the Highway. What a mess! They were able to get a new window ordered and replaced within 2 hours!…on a Friday afternoon! So thankful! Thanks Michelle for going the extra mile!

I think they're extremely expensive

Damaged car during windshield install. Did not tell me. Good front desk people, but judging by the work the techs are not professional. I also had them do a glass treatment on the windshield and they had the product all over the car

Could not get an appointment scheduled before 7 weeks. My window has been fixed.

Right now I am upset , They made a promise ,and didn't come through , today is Friday they promised that I would get my window repair . Still waiting

Horrible. Took off work twice for repair and both times there was an issue. Never ended up having the repair, went elsewhere

New windshield cracked for no reason within a couple of weeks of installation. Had to be a bad windshield or installation problem. Jack's Glass would not take any responsibility whatsoever. Never again!

I spoke to Drew on the phone and I was told they could replace my windshield on my antique car. I drove an hour and a half one way to Kentucky from Ohio, just to be told the opposite. The bathroom was unusable, due to lack of cleanliness. And the employees seem to be very disorganized and lack knowledge of the trade. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I wasted 4 hours of my time and $40 in gas money.
