My family and I had a 5* experience with A-L-S Pest Control. Yellow jackets had created an entry to our home and Al put an end to that in one efficient visit... he even found the queen! Everyone we worked with from scheduling to service was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They scheduled us for a next day appointment which was much appreciated, and their price was very fair for a job very well done. I'll gladly recommend A-L-S and won't hesitate to have them back when future assistance is needed. Thanks for your great work, guys! 👍

Very helpful in dealing with my rodent issue at my home. My rodent issue caused me a lot of anxiety and ALS would come typically within the same day that I called or even would fit me into a booked day to accommodate my request. They were quick and efficient and I had 2 different rodent issues they have handled. Highly recommend!

Although the customer service was good I am still going through the same issue months later. Although he found one hole it was never sealed. Therefore mice are just running in and out my home. I had to call Teminx today July 17 2021 and they found several holes inside my home and outside in the foundation that he never mentioned. At this point I'm beyond disappointed and will not be using this service again. This one was caught today by a friend but I paid ALS 175.00 to keep coming over to lay out peanut butter and never close the hole. Then he says he has a guarantee. I've been guaranteed nothing.

I called ALS a couple weeks ago to get rid of this nagging scratching noise I was hearing from my ceiling in my bedroom (of all places). I knew it wasn’t squirrels or anything flying, was pretty certain it was mice so I had Al come out for an inspection. He was timely, knowledgeable, and didn’t give off any creepy vibes (unfortunately this important to note for women nowadays!) A couple weeks passed after his initial review and yay! it had gotten pretty quiet! As suspected he did find some in my attic and they had gotten in through a busted roof screen. I’m in the process of trying to find someone to fix that to keep them from coming back, but he guarantees his work for 90 days and I should have it fixed by then. I highly recommend to give him your business and I will be having him come back for any future needs!
