This is a terrible company. They promise services and don’t deliver. If you have a pest problem, you will pay large sums of money and the problem will NOT be resolved. You can’t speak directly to managers or anyone local. I called the service line and they promised a manager would call me. They never did. Instead, someone showed up at my house for more service for an appointment I never made. Just so many thumbs down. I could write a novel about all their lies and tricks to get money. Seriously, go with anyone else or you’ll regret it.

Customer service said no problem, we will take care of you bumble be problem. They sell me a yearly contract over the phone and then act tuff and confident that I have nothing to worry about. The tech calls back and asked some questions and chickens out. Canceling the appointment. Dont trust them to do what they say or when they say it.
