I would give them no stars if I could. The double charged me for services never completed then had the audacity to charge me late charges. When you call the office and try to rectify the situation the never call you back on top of that The service guy comes out and just sits in his car and half asses his way through it. Then I go to the office in Bardstown town only to find a non description build with a empty space.I don't know what kind of shady foolishness is going on but save your money and go to a more reliable and profitable exterminator. The prior company was so much better before OPC bought them out.
