Worst service and scammed me saying I can cancel it anytime after one year but they made me sign contract for 4years. The spray doesn’t work at all, full of webs and insects. If someone show up at door saying Signture pest, just shut the door on them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Customer service is awful!!! Actual service is awful!!! The technicians were here for only about three minutes. I did not like that they randomly sprayed across my patio furniture twice. From what I could see, whatever was being applied with the spreader was only walked diagonally across the yard once, and that was the extent of the treatment.

Terrible company with awful customer service. We were charged $70 per month for the whole year for two houses at a “discounted” rate, yet they only come out once every three months. When they did show up, the service felt rushed and ineffective, like they were just trying to get in and out without properly treating the pest problem. When I called to cancel, I was told the service was part of an annual contract, which was never made clear upfront. To make matters worse, we had a serious fly infestation in our home that led to maggots, and their response was basically, “We don’t treat maggots—just use hot water and bleach and clean it yourself.” That was completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE! This company is a scam and will try to lock in a 12 month contract without letting you know! The salespeople will try to "give free services" but it's all a lie! I'm happy I checked the reviews before fully committing! I called to cancel their services twice before they came and THEY STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME, I changed my card number prior because I had a feeling these guys are shady! SCAM SERVICES AND PEOPLE!

BAD COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This has been the worst pest control company I have ever dealt with. It started when a door-to-door salesman showed up at my house pushing me to switch companies. The information he gave me was misleading and incomplete. A few days later I called to cancel after realizing the terms were not what had been explained to me, but they refused to cancel my service. Their customer service is extremely rude and dismissive. It honestly feels like they are used to unhappy customers because of the way they handle complaints. During the entire year of service, they showed up at my house only twice. Meanwhile I was dealing with rats, termites, and bugs, and every time I called to report the issue nothing was resolved. When I tried to cancel the contract early because the service was clearly not working, they even threatened me with penalties instead of trying to fix the problem. This company relies on aggressive door-to-door sales tactics and misleading information to lock customers into contracts. Do not trust door-to-door salespeople and stay away from this company.

We recently switched our pest service to Signature Pest Management services and it was the best decision! Our technician, Jordan was fantastic. He was extremely thorough, took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, and treated our home with a lot of care. We’ve already seen a huge difference. Highly recommend!

A young man, Jasper, knocked on our door and described the services. It’s easy to be skeptical of people and the services they offer. We agreed to have them treat our ant problem. There were several ant mounds in my driveway and front yard, and I pointed them out to Jasper. He assured me that after the treatment, this would no longer be an issue. We agreed and wrote him a check. The next day we were contacted by the treatment specialist and he treated our yard. Today, I blew off my driveway and the anthills were gone! I highly recommend this company. They are not scammers. They delivered exactly what Jasper promised.

Great customer service! I appreciate that they call on a quarterly basis to make sure I get my services scheduled. Jesus has been my tech multiple times, and he is especially kind and personable.

Absolutely awful! Haven’t been able to solve a mouse infestation in my apartment building for over two months. Wayne the technician is distinctly unprofessional and unqualified to do any sort of extermination. When I met with him after seeing mice in my apartment and showed him the droppings I found he told me that he didn’t think the mice were staying in my unit, but traveling through multiple units as I lived on the third floor. The only thing he did was set a single bait box in my utility closet. I had to go buy my own traps and have caught more mice than he has. After 6 weeks passed without finding a solution and the mice entering only when the temperature dropped, he told my landlord that I must have carried in a pregnant mouse in a box that caused the mice problems. I have found mouse holes from mice chewing through from lower apartments so this isn’t true. After a few more weeks passed and the problem only got worse due to his inaction he told my landlord that my new puppies food and water dish were a major concern and attracting mice. (I keep my dogs food sealed in an air tight container)Again, the mice were entertaining the apartment well before I got a puppy. I’ve asked my apartments property manager to call a different pest control service because signature hasn’t been able to fix the problem. You’d be better off setting your own traps, then wasting your money calling signature…. You’ll have to set your own anyways. Hey lied and basically said we are signing something b it wasn’t a contract and completely was. They treated our yard once. And within weeks had bugs in the house mosquito wasps everywhere. I had always treated the house and yard my self and never had a problem. Until they took over. Horrible company horrible service. And tried calling to cancel since we were so unsatisfied. Some how we’re stuck in a contract we never agreed on and we’re lied to, to sign.

Fast, friendly and very affordable.

Always easy to set up an appointment with. Always friendly when they come into our home. With a little guidance we haven't had any problems.

I had originally posted a not as favorable review on Facebook because our rodent issue had not been taken care of after a couple of visits. They reached back out to make sure we were taken care of. We had a difficult and picky house mouse/mice that were not falling for any of our tricks. Our problem has finally been resolved and I am happy with the professionalism from the office staff and our technician, Wayne who made sure to solve our issue. Thank you for restoring peace in our home.

I highly recommend this company! Very professional and very friendly! Will definitely use them again if I need to, but the technician told me since I had a light infestation I may not need it. All I can say is they were great!
