Never would I have thought a single wasp nest was enough to cause so much confusion. The inability to knock down a wasp nest because its next to my window AC seems like an excuse. Were told they would be there between 12-3. Called them at 3 and they said they had appointment at 2-4 and it would be at least another hour before arrival. Had them rescheduled for next day for 4-6. At 5:45 they left a voice mail that they couldn’t find the house with gps. Have them directions and they arrived at 5:58. Tech was very efficient but they need to communicate with customers if can’t be there when scheduled and verify time of appointment the day before to avoid this type of issue
