Jacob, our serviceman today, was exceptional in his spraying of our home and lawn today. He was very thorough and asked first thing if we were having any problems with anything. He was very friendly and professional. I hope he returns in 3 months for our next routine spray.

Trash company absolutely do nothing. I swear they walk around spraying water most of the time. And the rest of the time they don't show up. Never trust this company

Ever since I've had echo pest solutions, pest control\n I have not seen any black widows and my garage was notorious for them. They are really worth the money.\ no ants , sugar , ants , I hate them echo pest solutions give me a piece of mind.I recommend them to anyone

Haven’t seen them since they first came out almost a whole year ago won’t stop charging my account and said we have to pay 200 dollars to shut the account down after we’ve made multiple payments for no reason that should be the payment to shut the down everything in it’s self

The service we received was terrible. Basically scammed!..They only showed up 3 times in the 6 months that we were charged for services. When we called to address the issue, to request a refund for the months of no service and cancellation due to moving. We were told there is nothing they could do and we were charged an additional $300 end of contract charge. Do not get scammed by their services!

Been trying to get a hold of this company for I don't know how long Tell him that we wouldn't cancel because they are not doing the job and they expect my fiance to keep paying what you paying for when we get no service One time in the last 6 months this is not acceptable. So this is my review they're not worth getting because they do not take care of their people right

Terrible. I got scammed by one of their door to door salesman. I had told him I had already had my yard sprayed from spiders and bugs but I was having problems with army worms. He looked at my backyard, which i have one camera, him saying that they would spray for army worms.. that was a lie. I found out a few days later by someone in the office that do not spray for army worms. He flat our lied to me to talk me into a 12 month agreement with them. I ended up paying 107 dollars for no reason at all.

The salesman lied on when they would take payment, when you call it goes straight to a recording and tells you push one for new customer push 2 for old customer… then hangs up. SCAM will be posting sales man’s pic on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA and stop payment on service

I called to get information on services and the lady answering the phone was rude and acted like I was bothering her! When someone wants you to sign a contract of course you are going to ask questions. She was very short and annoyed with her answers and didn't even say goodbye she just slammed the phone down. Get someone else to answer your phones because she is definitely running off your business! I have a business phone and was calling about 4 properties. She never even cared to get my name or number.... again she was VERY rude!!!

Tried to strong arm me to hire them. I stated I already had a company. And I was NOT INTERESTED IN what he was trying to sell. He would not listen to me. I would be very disappointed in his company

Customer service is rude. Literally just hung upon me. They only come out every three months yet charge you each month. The cancelation fee is absolutely ridiculously high. I've never not once seen them come out to spray. I still have bugs and spiders everywhere. Even asked my neighbors who are home all day everyday. No one has seen pest control at my property. 250 dollars for a cancellation? They are not a doctor office they aren't going to lose money over an allotted spot and time. 100% do not use

They have been harassing me multiple times a day with text messages, requesting payment for a job they did not complete. They showed up at my house while everyone was at work. Sprayed the front of the house and left. I have been getting non stop messages about payment ever since. Instead of calling to see when they can finish the job all they care about is money. Terrible customer service.

The salesman said one thing. Once I read the agreement they emailed me. I called and had questions the lady on the phone said a different thing. Definitely read your contract before 24 hours is up. They are not reliable I would not do business here. I am very unhappy because what the salesman sold me I was ready for their business but after calling they lost my business. Definitely I repeat definitely definitely read your contract they email you.
