Our apartment technician Caleb is AWESOME!!! He explained everything he was doing step by step. He explained the reasons why, what to expect, and when to start seeing results, and things we can do to afterwards to help the treatment results. We've watched our landlord spray repeatedly only to make the infestation worse each time. Caleb wiped it out on the first shot. Thank you Presto-X!

From start to finish, we were educated on the best possible options and solutions to our infestionation. We spoke with a very polite and courteous manager by the name of Curtis. After we felt we had a correct course or action and made the necessary arrangements around our home, our technician Caleb arrived right on time. He explained everything he was going to do, made sure our children and pets were safe, and even followed up afterwards. After one visit, he solved our problem where other companies had failed.
