Customer service is terrible.

Horrible office service nightmare. Correctly charged the real estate transaction for the service but failed to include inspection fee. Came back after real estate transaction closed to collect inspection fee. Zero stars wasn’t an option.

Joe came in today to assess if we needed to have a treatment for our office. He was professional, personable and discreet. The quote was a decent price as well. I definitely will be using this company any time we need these services.

Dan, Tammy, and the rest of the folks here are extraordinary! I can't say enough good things about them. They were honest, prompt, very informative, and just plain kind. We had them out for termite inspection, termite treatment, unidentified bug problem, which Dan quickly assessed , and for regular pest treatment. Highly recommend.
