I have used Germadic since shortly after I purchased my home in December 2018 (except for a 1 year lapse that I regretted and immediately ran back to them after). They're incredibly reasonably and fairly priced and their office is willing to work with you when it comes to billing if you're facing some hardships. Anyone I've ever interacted with at Germadic has been kind and Tim is insanely knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions or provide price points if there are additional services you're wondering about (whereas some companies are almost "hush hush" about the price until they can talk you into the service). Germadic never does that: they're honest and upfront and that's something I really respect. I like that I'm given plenty of notification on when my next pest control appointment is scheduled for and Tim always gives me good information on what he has(n't) found while he's been out and even let me know of an outdoor issue he noticed back when I first moved in. I found them in 2019 because I was afraid of termites and they were offering free quotes, so I had separately Germadic and another company out (I have OCD and didn't trust the first company) and Tim allowed me to see his process as he assessed the house, explained how I would know if termites actually existed in a way that made sense to me, and went above and beyond when he was checking the crawlspace and he noticed a ton of cardboard boxes the last owner had left down there and helped me pull them all out. It was that moment I knew this was my company because he didn't have to do that, and yet he chose to go the extra mile to help me out. I really can't speak highly enough of Germadic!! In fact, I'm not sure why it's taken me this long to leave a review. I meant to leave one sooner. I recommend them to all my friends and family needing or wanting pest control. (I think my mom actually did use them once!)

I had GerMadic do the termite treatment around my property. I thought it was priced fair and it's guaranteed for at least 5 years. I was most impressed with the technician Tim. He was very, very informative and just as knowledgeable about the treatment and termites in general. This guy could host a nature documentary about termites. I've had other competitors do estimates and they were done inside of 10 minutes with a quick walkaround the property. Tim really took his time inside and out. I walked with him and he explained what he was looking for, what to look for and how termites infest a home. I recommend GerMadic termite prevention and if you are lucky enough to get Tim, you'll feel like it was learning experience as well.

We moved - and we took GerMadic with us to our new home! Professional, kind, efficient and effective! Not only is their pest management top notch, I feel comfortable having their technicians in our home and being around our pets and family. I really appreciate that they contact us when it's time for any annual treatment - I don't have to worry about remembering and potentially leaving our home at risk (particularly important for termite treatment!). Local business - great work!

This company is great. I have had to use them in the past and the service was excellent so when I needed their services again I knew exactly who to call. They are extremely busy but worked me in. Taylor answered all my questions and I called a ton. Tim my technician is great, listens to all my concerns, explains things fully and is very thorough. This is definitely a company who will always have my business. Also prices are very affordable especially for the service they provide.

Terrible service. Would never use and or reccomend to anyone. Tell you they will get rid of your problem and warranty it for 90 days. 7 months later and still a problem. Was a waste of 450 dollars and nothing was solved and the owner got argumentative with me in my home. Unprofessional. Save your money and get a reputable company to do your pest control needs.
