They are a wonderful company. They helped us out and worked with us on times to come out and even with payments. Kim made the 3 horrible month process a little better . She is now our bug lady for life

They came and sprayed for spiders. Very nice explained how how everything worked. Even put out insect traps that worked wonders on my spiders!!!

Had elm leaf beetles horribly that they were coming in the house all over the windows!!! They came out and took care of the situation and I haven’t seen them again!

Very professional. Gave me the steps needed to prepare my home for treatment. They were on time and with one treatment, my infestation went away. They followed up monthly with me in case I needed retreatment before my warranty ran out. Definitely recommend.

Sorry for any confusion…we have been out to your house twice now with no answer at the door…I myself even spoke to someone that claimed to be your grandson the following day around noon or one and he said you guys were probably sleeping. So I called this company which treated a house we bought for termites. We have a warranty with the treatment. We have discovered we have live termites a couple of weeks ago. I called them back out to our house to retreat. He told us unless we could show him live termites today he wouldn't retreat. This isn't a company you'd want to business with.

I am sorry for any inconvenience but unfortunately we are unable to retreat for termite without visual confirmation of live termites. We have to follow rules provided to us by the BOA and the chemical label. I believe the technician and your husband both were unsuccessful at finding live termites. If we can assist you any further or answer any further questions please call us.

This was a joke. Nothing helped and I was told they would come back out for free and now they are trying to charge me the same insane price. Ill never use them again. EVER.
