Brown Reclusinator Pest Control was more than excellent! My wife and I needed some help on a new home without us being in the area yet and I felt extremely comfortable working with this team. Selecia, Zachary and Josh helped with all our needs while making us feel as if we were apart of the family! Great pricing, communication, and even better customer service! I had made a few phone calls and even had someone come out before I found Brown reclusinator pest control. The company that came out told me that they wouldn't be able to treat the bugs that were there at the same time and wanted to be paid separately, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. I started searching again and ended up coming across Brown Reclusinator Pest Control. I got a hold of Flint by text and was able to get Joshua, Zachary and Selecia to come out on the same day, and they also helped me afford it. Thanks again for coming on such short notice.

Joshua came out and sprayed my house for spiders today. He was amazing, so polite and informative. Will continue to use this company, all thanks to him!!!

Was replacing an exterior door and found signs of termites or carpenter ants. I needed to get it treated and sealed up asap. I called and he was super understanding. Within an hour he was at the house spraying. Sometimes when a company sprays you feel as though you didn't get your monies worth. But man oh man was he thorough. I was extremely impressed with his professional attitude. 10/10 would recommend.

We’ve had a problem with brown recluses in our house for years. We have had different companies come out and spray but it always lasted for a short time before we would see them everywhere again. They were the first to tell me brown recluses usually breed and live in the attic and offer a service for the attic. Finally, I have an answer to my prayers! I’m so thankful for an actual solution to the problem instead of just a bandaid. I had the pleasure of Selecia and Zachary helping me. They were extremely kind and answered all of questions and even showed me where the spiders are coming in so I can get it addressed. You really can’t put a price on good people, and the two who came out to help me were exactly that. Kind, honest, and genuinely cared about fixing the problem — they’re the kind of people every company should be proud to have.I am extremely grateful for the kindness and thoroughness of them. He did a very good job for me

I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism of this company. After I had contacted the owner he had sent two gentlemen out to treat the home inside and outside the next day. Since then I've have had zero issues with the pests that were once inside the home. The owner was very knowledgeable about proper methods to eliminate these pests from the home and how to prevent future pests from making there way inside. The price for there services are very reasonable and I will continue to choose this company for any future issues that may arise.

I had the “Deluxe” package done on my home 3 weeks ago and was told multiple times that these services would completely take care of our spider problem in the house. $400 later and we still have spiders. I understand that we received the services we paid for, but the services were completely oversold and there was no apology or ownership for the poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this company for getting rid of brown recluses due to the lack of honesty about what the services would do for our home.

I' have used them on multiple occasions and several homes. Always on time honest and friendly. Great prices and wonderful family.

If you're here checking reviews to find your solution... look no further! This company not only returned my call less than hour later on a Sunday, but was over to my house 10 minutes later to help. Flint explained everything he was doing and also offered extra steps and solutions to our bed bug problem. Cleaned out the house of any bug problems and gave us peace of mind! Thanks!

They are amazing! Flint & Selecia are so sweet! They drove an hour round trip to spray our new home & still gave us the best prices around! Highly recommend!

Had a small problem with the dreaded bed bugs and called them first thing. He explained to me the process of getting rid of them and answered all the questions I had. They arrived on time and in full force, everything was sprayed properly around all base boards and the bottoms of furniture, box sprigs and mattresses. I have a 5 bedroom house with 2 living rooms so it was alot of work to be done. I didn't see a single bug after that but they still came out 2 weeks later and sprayed again. I'm very pleased with the work they've done and would definitely use them again if needed. Hopefully not though 😅😅😅

They want to charge for 2 and 3 treatments when they could handle it in 1 go. I bought my own advion online for $40 which is what you should do as well if you have roaches. A week after they treated my rental it was still crawling with bugs. I purchased my own advion and used all 4 tubes and 2 weeks later they are gone for good. Don't waste your time or money on these guys. Even go green is better than these hustler's

Poor customer service. Called as a business needed to schedule a termite inspection for one of my client and one of the guy just hung up the phone before I can introduce myself.

I paid for 2 sprays and they only came out once. They gave us the run-around about coming out the second time then when we reported it to the bank they finally tried to come out the second time but it was already months later and we would have needed 2 sprays to take care of it again.

Haven't seen any more spiders in the last few days since they have sprayed. They were really nice and explained everything. Asked of I had any questions. Will definitely be using them again.

Waste of money. I paid them to remove wasp nest under our deck. Unfortunately, month later all the wasp are back at the same location. Their chemical solution not work as they promised. Called customer service and they said i have to pay again.

Fast response, was able to get them out the day I called. We were seeing brown recluse spiders every night and didn’t see any for about a week. Now we are seeing them again so will be seeking further solutions. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
