Brown Reclusinator Pest Control was more than excellent! My wife and I needed some help on a new home without us being in the area yet and I felt extremely comfortable working with this team. Selecia, Zachary and Josh helped with all our needs while making us feel as if we were apart of the family! Great pricing, communication, and even better customer service! I would absolutely recommend Brown Reclusinator Pest Control.
I had made a few phone calls and even had someone come out before I found Brown reclusinator pest control. The company that came out told me that they wouldn't be able to treat the bugs that were there at the same time and wanted to be paid separately, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. I started searching again and ended up coming across Brown Reclusinator Pest Control. I got a hold of Flint by text and was able to get Joshua, Zachary and Selecia to come out on the same day, and they also helped me afford it. Thanks again for coming on such short notice.
Joshua came out and sprayed my house for spiders today. He was amazing, so polite and informative. Will continue to use this company, all thanks to him!!!

Was replacing an exterior door and found signs of termites or carpenter ants. I needed to get it treated and sealed up asap. I called and he was super understanding. Within an hour he was at the house spraying. Sometimes when a company sprays you feel as though you didn't get your monies worth. But man oh man was he thorough. I was extremely impressed with his professional attitude. 10/10 would recommend.

We’ve had a problem with brown recluses in our house for years. We have had different companies come out and spray but it always lasted for a short time before we would see them everywhere again. They were the first to tell me brown recluses usually breed and live in the attic and offer a service for the attic. Finally, I have an answer to my prayers! I’m so thankful for an actual solution to the problem instead of just a bandaid. I had the pleasure of Selecia and Zachary helping me. They were extremely kind and answered all of questions and even showed me where the spiders are coming in so I can get it addressed. You really can’t put a price on good people, and the two who came out to help me were exactly that. Kind, honest, and genuinely cared about fixing the problem — they’re the kind of people every company should be proud to have.I am extremely grateful for the kindness and thoroughness of them. I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism of this company. After I had contacted the owner he had sent two gentlemen out to treat the home inside and outside the next day. Since then I've have had zero issues with the pests that were once inside the home. The owner was very knowledgeable about proper methods to eliminate these pests from the home and how to prevent future pests from making there way inside. The price for there services are very reasonable and I will continue to choose this company for any future issues that may arise.

I had the “Deluxe” package done on my home 3 weeks ago and was told multiple times that these services would completely take care of our spider problem in the house. $400 later and we still have spiders. I understand that we received the services we paid for, but the services were completely oversold and there was no apology or ownership for the poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this company for getting rid of brown recluses due to the lack of honesty about what the services would do for our home.

There are times when one treatment takes care of it and other times when an ongoing approach may be necessary. <br>At Brown Reclusinator , we aim to be transparent about what our services can achieve, and we regret that we fell short in clearly conveying the scope of the platinum package in addressing brown recluse spiders. While our treatments are designed to significantly reduce pest activity over time, , certain persistent pests like brown recluses may require ongoing or specialized follow-up treatments, and we should have ensured this was clear from the start. Also since it’s only been 2-3 weeks since we performed treatment I’m sure it will get better as days go by.<br>As we discussed when attics are treated this late into the summer many of the spiders go under the insulation and due to the fact that you have so many ceiling fans in rooms this has given them a way to come down into the living area. Usually after treatment when customers are still seeing quite a few spiders, some non chemical measures may be necessary like sealing off wiring holes above sealing fans can help and we can even find an electrician that can assist with this. In the future getting treatments like this in place in spring going forward rather then in the summer when spider activity is highest can also help with what a person sees after a treatment.<br>Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve communication . Hello I’m not certain who this is if you like call me and we can possibly discuss why you weren’t happy .
Had a small problem with the dreaded bed bugs and called them first thing. He explained to me the process of getting rid of them and answered all the questions I had. They arrived on time and in full force, everything was sprayed properly around all base boards and the bottoms of furniture, box sprigs and mattresses. I have a 5 bedroom house with 2 living rooms so it was alot of work to be done. I didn't see a single bug after that but they still came out 2 weeks later and sprayed again. I'm very pleased with the work they've done and would definitely use them again if needed. Hopefully not though 😅😅😅

They want to charge for 2 and 3 treatments when they could handle it in 1 go. I bought my own advion online for $40 which is what you should do as well if you have roaches. A week after they treated my rental it was still crawling with bugs. I purchased my own advion and used all 4 tubes and 2 weeks later they are gone for good. Don't waste your time or money on these guys. Even go green is better than these hustler's

Thankyou for your honest reply. We apologize that you were disappointed with our service. Most people tell us we get rid of roaches much quicker than other places they have used. We are glad you were able to get rid of your problem on your own and apologize you feel this way. Most companies will tell you roaches usually aren’t gone with one treatment we usually recommend a second or third treat to get the babies that hatch. You said they were still there after a week, and that is usually normal and expected . Thanku for your business. Poor customer service. Called as a business needed to schedule a termite inspection for one of my client and one of the guy just hung up the phone before I can introduce myself.

Hello Bill<br>Thankyou for this review. We see that we have sprayed your home and also dusted in basement ceiling for spiders. This time of year the recluse are also coming out of attic because of the heat . I see we haven’t yet dusted the attic, which would definitely help you see less spiders and also have a 5 star experience. Please give us a call when you are ready to treat attic and we can also educate you on sealing off some of the areas of the ceiling they are dropping down from.
I paid for 2 sprays and they only came out once. They gave us the run-around about coming out the second time then when we reported it to the bank they finally tried to come out the second time but it was already months later and we would have needed 2 sprays to take care of it again.

Thankyou Katy for your response<br>I believe that we explained how when you prepay for a follow up treatment it needs to be done within 30 days; because we reduce the price to 1/2 price for second treatment, when prepaid. When it isn’t done within 30 days we still give our customers the credit of what they paid towards a new treatment since it can’t be considered a follow up if it’s 2-6 months later. So I wanted to let everyone who reads this know we strive to always give 5 star service. if someone prepays for a service, we will give what’s promised if done within the timeframe or a future credit for customer if not. Feel free to call us Katy and maybe we can still work with you if there was a misunderstanding we can hopefully clear up:)

Haven't seen any more spiders in the last few days since they have sprayed. They were really nice and explained everything. Asked of I had any questions. Will definitely be using them again.

Waste of money. I paid them to remove wasp nest under our deck. Unfortunately, month later all the wasp are back at the same location. Their chemical solution not work as they promised. Called customer service and they said i have to pay again.

Hello odko, we apologize that the wasps returned . We charged you for a one time service and usually only guarantee wasps after the second visit. When we talked and you explained you were unhappy enough to leave us a bad review we then offered to come out for free and retreat. At that point you told me you no longer wanted us to come out to retreat but were determined to leave a bad review. We always try and make a customer happy and are still willing to come respray for free if you ever decide to give us another chance<br>Thank you for your business
Fast response, was able to get them out the day I called. We were seeing brown recluse spiders every night and didn’t see any for about a week. Now we are seeing them again so will be seeking further solutions. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
