It was a bit difficult to reverse the truck off the road, but the guys tried their best and unloaded the trailer manually in an hour and a half.

Serena is absolutely the best!! She came in explained exactly what we had going on in our rental and talked us through the entire process! I can't say enough about her level of professionalism and kindness! And the price was very fair! A+++

Serena is a wonderful person who came and did an inspection on my home. She spent an hour on her inspection whereas other techs and companies have spent 5 minutes and asked me to pay thousands of dollars for their pest services. She is honest and hardworking and I’ll definitely be using Betts and Serena whenever I need services.

We love their quality of work they do. Our guy that sprays is very good at his work, very friendly and listens to what kind of problem you are having. We dont have the problem with spiders like we had before they started spraying. I highly recommend Betts Pest Control Tina and Doug Lovendahl

Very poor customer service and deceptive business practice. I was set up on a quarterly insect extermination service. I wasn't able to be at the house for one scheduled appointment, when I called back they said they would now need to come out every two months instead of every three like we had originally established. I just seems like they are trying squeeze for the most money and it seems unethical to randomly go from four treatments per year to now six. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Found a skunk on my video cameras digging a nest under my patio. Daniel was very helpful in catching and removing Pepe. Went through once with my dogs getting sprayed. Will always call Betts when needed.

Love to work with local businesses. One of the owners came to inspect my house and gave me the best service I’ve ever received form these type of companies. He took the time to show me the problem and explained my options, the price was also much, much cheaper than the other guys!

Started out with a major roach infestation. Matt came in and saw what he was dealing with and explained everything upfront about how many treatments he thought there would be and the overall cost. After he did what he said my floor no longer moves at night and I can sleep again. Thank you Matt and Betts.

I've been working with this company for almost a month. I'm so over it. I've had some trouble with raccoons and I've had to practically hold their hand to help them do their job. I have my house rigged with cameras so I can see when they come and go. I left a key several times for them because they needed to get inside while I was at work and they say they'll come and they don't. When I have left a key and previously told the dispatcher and the technician to go through the side door, they instead, took the time to move the blockade I had built and the tape ripped off part of the paint and my drywall. When we've decided on a plan of action, they go AWOL for near a week. They say they're going to check the traps and sometimes they don't. It's been extremely frustrating having to repeatedly call a supposed pest removal service just to go down and look in my basement. AND THEN THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THAT RIGHT.

Still have roaches after two treatments. Super nice people. Just don’t feel they have strong enough chemicals to do the job !

Selling two houses and the buyers decided to use Betts for their termite inspection. At both houses they found “evidence of termites.” In other words, DEAD termites and not a single live one but because they like to scam people out of money and they know that by using the terms “evidence of termites” the lender will require a termite treatment that costs over $600. I’m beginning to think they plant these dead termites themselves. We will never use their services. Got a better price from a different company.

Our experience with this company was astoundingly poor. We used them for two treatments - an initial visit and a follow-up. There were no issues during the first visit. On the second visit, my wife paid with a check that was given to the technician at our home once services were rendered. This check was then apparently lost by that technician, which is an egregious mistake. We found this out when we received a call from Betts a month or two later regarding an unpaid invoice. Mistakes do happen, however, so we paid over the phone with a card. It was verbally confirmed that everything was squared away on our end. We received yet another call regarding this unpaid invoice a couple of months later. At this point, having attempted to pay twice and concerned that we were getting scammed, I refused to pay a third time. The good news is that I did get to pay it a third time... through collections. The incompetence displayed by the employees at this company are astounding and unforgivable.

Contacted this company in August 2018 for an estimate to take over maintenance on my already installed termite control system at my residence. They advise me that they would not be able to give me a quote over the phone but would be more than happy to send a person out to give me an estimate. The estimate was higher than the two other company's that I received so I just threw it away. Today 2-15-19, I received a letter from a collections company wanting to recover a $50.00 fee for the estimate and interest. I not only was never told that an estimate would cost $50.00 but they also never called to even discuss the debt, they just sent it to collections. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.......

I admit I have never called Betts for pest control but I see this truck on several morning a week on my way to work. He's usually on his phone, speeding and weaving in/out if traffic. On the afternoon I took these pictures he aggressively weaved past myself (while on his phone) and other cars racing down Zoo Blvd. I was horrified, my heart racing as I sincerely thought he'd hit me. Then low and behold we both ended up at the stop light on Central at the same time. I could never in good conscience recommend a business with such little regards to others. -had submitted photos originally, have re-added them multiple times, not sure why Google is not showing them /approved them-

Started out great then our normal tech started his own business and his replacement was not friendly and his costumer service was horrible, was there for all of about 5 minutes, any concern we mentioned he ignored and said, " I'm sure it's fine the last tech knew what he was doing."...contract is up I'm out

They lied to me. They said that they would treat my carpet and house for fleas - they did not. They neglected to mention that I had to have EVERY SINGLE TINY SPEC OF TRASH PICKED UP OFF OF THE FLOOR in order for them to have my house treated for fleas. The worst part is that I called them after I had thought they were finished, and they said that it was completed. They lied to me and said it was completed when they did nothing, and they still charged me for the service. Then a week later I go back, and what do I find? Fleas. Trillions of them attaching themselves to my legs, to my clothes... I called them and asked them why the treatment didn't work, and then they suddenly became 'honest' and said that they hadn't done anything because there were a few pieces of trash on the floor. Yet they still charged me for the last time, and said that if I was going to have it done they would do it at no cost but they would need everything off of the floors. BETTS ARE LIARS, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Tech that came out was very nice. But ant problem is worse then it was before they sprayed. Called them and let them know that I still had a major ant issue, thinking they would come back out and respray, and I was told it was no longer under warranty, and if I wanted them to come back out it would be the full $120. I politely explained go the female employee who answered the phone that I had my house sprayed before I went into the hospital for a scheduled c section, and that I was in the hospital for the length of their "warranty, " and was just getting home. She told me that it didn't matter, it's outside their warranty and I'd need to pay the full amount if I wanted them to come back out. Let's see... you didn't resolve the problem the first time I paid you, why would I pay you another $120 to not resolve my problem again? Ended up going with another company who charged me $63, & and I haven't seen one ant since! Betts lack of customer service cost them this customer!
