I had made a few phone calls and even had someone come out before I found Bedbuginator. The company that came out told me that they wouldn't be able to treat the bugs that were there at the same time and wanted to be paid separately, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. I started searching again and ended up coming across Bedbuginator. I got a hold of Flint by text and was able to get Joshua, Zachary and Selecia to come out on the same day, and they also helped me feel like I could afford it. Thanks again for coming on such short notice.

When we moved to Wichita, I needed an exterminator ASAP. After reading the reviews online - I figured we'd give these guys a call. They not only reduced the bug population around our home, they cleared out the whole herd in the middle of summer. The customer service rep diligently worked out a plan that fit our needs while the techs have professionally gone about debugging our house. I highly recommend this company!

I got the Best warranty they had for my Bedbugs. They came out several times but they kept coming back. I was in a rental at the time, then they told me at this point, they cant get rid of them unless i remove the paneling in the Bedrooms! Landlord wasn't having that and they had me call a different exterminator and see if they'll treat it first, I had to use their exterminator and get their recomendation. It ended up being Arrest A Pest. They came out 1 time and then just one more follow up time and then they were gone, even after the first visit. They used heat to get behind the paneling and it cost HALF as much. I try and post on their facebook but they ended up blocking me from commenting on their Facebook post now because i gave them a bad review. So any bad reviews you put against this business, they will remove the bad comment and then also block you from posting. They cant block this so i am going to give them reviews on every other site i can think of. DO NOT USE THEM FOR BEDBUGS! Save your money and go to Arrest A Pest, they are excellent with them.

was not pleased with the service I spent a lot of money and had 2 kids come out and do my house . a week later my issue is not even close to being fixed .

Spent 5 mins........ did nothing and I am still being bitten up by these damn bed bugs......... worse extermination company ever esp since its Bedbuginator yet we paid a company called Reclusinator......
