This guy preys on people who don't have home inspection knowledge, he noted things that weren't even there, took pictures with arrows pointing at nothing. Example of this was a mention to a tree touching the house, even provided a picture, but again there are zero tree around the house and especially no trees in the picture he provided as proof. Never have I seen a more pathetic attempt by someone who obviously has no clue what he's looking at. Clueless realtors will think he's great. Avoid this guy, he's cheap for a reason. Pay good money and get a good inspection done. And yeah I won't be in your records, cause a buyer that you scared picked you, I would have done my research and definitely gone with someone else. Stick with inspection bugs, houses are over your head. And I don't need to call you either to discuss your garbage inspection. And trust I've already told people to stay away from you.
