Marshall was very friendly and even though he missed something when he was here the first time he came back and took care of it so overall I am very satisfied with the service.

Super professional. I asked him to take off his shoes and he came prepared with booties! love that!

You need to teach them how to read. When there is a NO TRASPASING sign on your INCLOSED porch door with a door bell outside of the INCLOSED porch. It does not mean open door to INCLOSED porch and knock on door !!!!

Watson's has been great, they have a fast and easy system to make it easier on their customers. Marshall, was the tech that serviced my yard and house. Rude door to door salesman and very pushy. Doesn’t take no for an answer. Cursed at us after he made fun of our sign and we closed the door. Reporting to city to have their license revoked.

We have seen a significant reduction in all bugs in the yard and in the house since Watson's started coming. Today we had a terrific experience with Eric. He truly went above and beyond. He took time to talk with us and made some great recommendations for some outside adjustments to help keep bugs away. He even brought packages that were on the porch inside for us. From the moment he arrived, he was on time, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Austin took the time to explain everything he would be doing during the service, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions, walked me through how future services would work, explained the pricing, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect going forward. There were no surprises—just honest, thorough communication. He completed the job within the expected timeframe and was extremely efficient. Within the first 2-3 days, I already see great results!!! Draven came out and sprayed for spiders and other bugs inside and outside. He was efficient, polite, kind, patient, diligent, and a good listener. We went through each room together and he even scraped/ cleaned off the spider sacs off the high ceiling back porch. Draven is a technician that makes Watson Pest Control shine, hence this 5-star rating. Thank you, Draven!

Honestly I regret changing from mosquito joes... this place treats quarterly instead of monthly and already the difference is noticeable as in I'm not able to enjoy outdoors and constantly attacked by pests that weren't around when mosquito joes was contracted here. Also they lock you into a contract unlike mosquito joes which speaks volumes itself...

Past experiences weren't acceptable which resulted in the loss of our 11 year old dog due to the flea infestation. Don't ever let anyone tell you that fleas cannot kill your dog because they absolutely can. This time the job that should have been done the first two times they came out was actually completed correctly and thoroughly. Marshall did an awesome job and was very respectful, and professional. Our family enjoyed having him do the service of our home. Our family dog liked him as well. We would definitely prefer Marshall to be the person that comes to service our home from now on. He is a great guy. Thank you so much Marshall we appreciate you very much.

Hopefully the owner reaches out because I’ve had little assistance so far. The job was done poorly. I’m big on first impressions and I hate to say the first two haven’t been great.

We have been using Watson's Pest Control for around a year now. We had a very well established ant problem around our property. We found them everywhere in our home. They come quarterly and they did warn us that it can take awhile to fully kill established colonies. Right way we noticed a huge decline in the number of ants, but this spring we were ant free! Everyone around us complained of ant problems, but we never found a single ant in our home! Colby came today to service our house and he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We have been spider and bug free since starting this service. Today Colby added some bait traps for us and helped me to identify a vole problem that cropped up this spring. I highly recommend Watson's! They do a great job. I will also add that we have 6 kids, 3 dogs, and 4 cats. We've never had any issues with sickness or concerns about their wellbeing. The initial service my little girls literally followed the guy around while we was spraying the interior of our house. He said it was perfectly safe and he was right.

Colby did a great job. He was very professional and went beyond my normal service when I requested help with mosquitoes.
