Had one of your young reps ring my doorbell today. When I answered the door he proceeded to set on the railing of my front porch, then let out a big yawn. He did his spiel about getting rid of the bugs, and ants, etc. When I told him I wasn’t interested, he wouldn’t leave. I said again i wasn’t interested, and started to close the door. He then made a smart-ass remark about being cheap. I have the video.
Great service, would recommend to anyone looking for pest control. They offer expertise and great no-contract services for home pest control.

The secretary for this company is extremely rude. The service was fine but when I called due to an ongoing issue the lady who answered was belligerent and refused to schedule the touch up appointment. I switched services after that

I had terminix for 2 years trying to get rid of the Roaches in my house when I called to complain they started coming up with all sorts of paperwork that was supposedly given to me (it wasnt) on things that was "required" for them to be successful. I fired them and got ozark they told the the things I was told by terminix would help but wasn't essential. Ozark cleared my roach problem in 3 months

I apologize that you find our pricing expensive and we always encourage potential customers to get other proposals to compare pricing. We try to price our services according to the local market. They were extremely rude and left messages of them being rude. We are waiting on covid Results for multiple people and I communicated with them what was going on and they showed up the next day because no one communicated. Then sent rude messages and said I wasn't communicating with them. They act like they are being gracious enough to be doing the job but what they need to realize is they are getting paid to do it.

Joanna I apologize for the miscommunication. We were hired to treat your home on behalf of an agency which has already paid for your treatment. At this time we still owe that agency a total of four more treatments at your home which needs to be done on a specific schedule. For whatever reason we did not receive your message cancelling your appointment for that day. I can assure you that if our office knew the situation with your Covid testing we would have never attempted to send out a technician. Please call our office and ask for the owner if you have any questions or concerns. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss any issues before they are posted on Google. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Snyders.<br>We apologize for any confusion. Your home was under our termite control warranty that Ozark offers after performing a termite treatment. We tried to contact you by phone numerous times to schedule an appointment. After multiple failed attempts, our office left a message on your phone informing you that we would be out to inspect the exterior of the home to insure that the warranty did not expire. This warranty can be cancelled at any time with a simple phone call to our office. Again we are sorry for the mix up. Please call our office with any questions. Thank you.
Very unprofessional two ozark pest control employees stopped by my room today at the travelers inn. I went to wal-mart and when I returned my 14 year old son reported to me that two Ozark pest control guys where beating very hard on our door with an object, when my son answered he was greeted by one tall white man and another man shorter with a darker complexion. The short dark complected man asked if he could exterminate my son said no my parents are not here. The man insisted to my son we would be kicked out if we didn't let them in the next time they came by. Sorry Ozark but we have taught kids well on how to deal with shady strangers. Hopefully next time you stop by I will be here to give you a lesson on being hard. Its sad when a grown man tries to intimidate a child I talked with the front desk and its funny they didn't know anything about our family being kicked out. Dont come back to our room 110 trying to threaten and intimidate my son or family. Here is your warning Topeka Ks.

Our technicians simply stated that, if we were not allowed in to service the rooms, we were to report those specific rooms numbers to management.
