So, now listen... I am a lover of all thing furry and scurry. However, mice inside my home are not my favorite. Danny and Terri have baited my house 2 years running now and it has been a tremendous relief to me and my daughter. My cat? Not so much. She will get over it. Tonight, I was rearranging my room, which exposed a bait bag. Thus followed incessant licking noises that just couldn't be ignored. I got down to look, only to find my two dogs eating a poison pack. I immediately called Terri and Danny to ask what to do. They wasted absolutely no time in helping me trouble shoot the situation and make sure that my suicidal canines were and going to be okay! Not many people would answer a late evening phone call or give any advice other than "call poison control." These two showed great concern for my doggos and helped me through the situation flawlessly. I am forever grateful for them and their help and concern as well as insuring that all of the fuzzy friends stay on the out of the side.

Not only did they come out the next day, they called and asked if they could come out early! We asked for ant extermination. In addition to spraying inside and out, Terri found that the ants were using a branch of our lilac bush, which had grown against the house, as a bridge to get under our siding and into the house. While here, they also showed us that we have active termites in several places around our home. While this could be looked upon as bad news, finding it this early means the damage isn’t extensive, and can be dealt with relatively easily. Finally, I was shocked to learn that their prices are very reasonable. I was so excited the next morning when we didn’t have a single ant to kill! We’ll have them on speed dial!

We recently sold out home in Pensacola and they did the termite inspection. Sent a technician within a couple of days and turned in the report shortly after.

Home purchase so wanted preventative pest service and inspection for any problems before moving in. Spent a lot of time spraying inside and outside but sprayed along all my just washed walls leaving a runny residue she said would disappear but it didn't along the wall in some areas. However the pest control has been excellent. I appreciate the response and feedback from this company and would use them again.

Danny and Terri are absolutely amazing we love this company, most definitely 5Stars.

They were at the house for maybe 5 minutes to do spider and ant spray. He was supposed to do outside the house, inside, and the garage. He didn't go into any of the rooms. Just the main area and kitchen. We have even more ants than we did before. That was the biggest waste of 90 dollars I've ever spent. Do not use these people. 5 minutes for 90 dollars and it did nothing

Set a day for them to come by and they never showed up or called. Saw your response and I have to disagree because there was No time set. The issue is someone had arranged to come by that day and we made ourselves available but that wasn't the case. I appreciate you offering to make that up. Have a good day.

Talked to them about monthly maintenance said first spray was $85.00 and then after would be $38.50. Called at least 5 time and left 3 voicemails to have the monthly maintenance start and never got a response or a call back. Tried to give the mom and pap the business but at the end the customer gets the poor service. I'd look elsewhere before giving this company at chance. You pay for what you get fits this situation

Had the old lady come spray today at 3;30pm (appt time) she showed up at 11;41am according to my homelife cameras and proceeded to halfway spray my house and stole my wallet off my dining room table ALL ON CAMERA, refusing to answer my calls now I've contacted topeka pd and filed a police report

Fast, friendly and effective.

In the beginning they were awesome. Then after a while when they were to do follow up sprays they didn’t respond to messages or phone. We had hired them for an elderly neighbor that we care for. I have also reached out for an elderly friend. We made the appointment online and also sent a text. They didn’t respond to even say they couldn’t make the appointment. They are very nice people but do not respond.

UPDATED!!! ------ 12/21/18 Never came back when we scheduled a quarterly inspection/spray. I called to enquire about the schedule we agreed upon and they said they'd call me back. They NEVER called back! NOT THE BEST PEST CONTROL!!! Completely disappointed and will not recommend to anyone! ------ The best pest control in town. They arrived with a team (not just an individual) to better assess the situation. Very knowledgeable, very polite, and very interested in helping resolve your pest issue. Extremely affordable as well. Highly recommended.
