We agreed to 5 visits, we've had a total of 4 visits to help with a Mouse Infestation when we first purchased our home. First visit was $250. The buyers did an inspection and found vermin in our crawl space that had tore up the floor insulation & vapor barrier which we paid them to put in. Called Orkin and was on the phone for like 25 mins with the guy explaining my issue and setting up a time for them to come out to my house. Called on a Wednesday set the appointment up for the coming Friday. Then I receive a voice mail from Orkin the next morning stating they can’t come out until the following Thursday. Like why set up a time and all that just to change it and make us wait an additional 8 days. Going elsewhere
