Excellent and personal customer service. Always on time.

Very bad service. Hundreds of dollars spent. Cockroaches didn't even flinch. The woman spraying the house did not give a professional quality spray and was very very rude and even yelled at the customer. I called orkin and will not ever have to worry again.

Saw them working on a house across the street and asked if he could also come look at my house. He seemed irritated I even asked but said he would come by after he was finished. He never came by and didn't seem interested at all when I was talking to him. I'd go elsewhere and find a company who actually wants your business. Going by the other reviews it seems like they have a really poor attitude.

Very rude, very disrespectful. I had a scheduling conflict, requested my service date moved to the following week. Was told by employee that yes it could be moved. They never showed. After phone tag for two weeks, I finally received a very rude, disrespectful, condescending phone call from the owner. FYI, don't ever disagree with this man. He cancelled my service contract.
