I’ve been on board with Tee Time for 6-7 years. Their service is fantastic and the products they use truly help keep my lawn looking great. They take the time to review my yard for any unwanted growths and treat for them on every visit. If we see any weeds growth invading between treatment all we have to do is call in and they send out a technician to treat for concerned areas. We also use them for pest control and have few to no bugs or mice. Living out in a rural setting it’s great having confidence of no pesky intruders.

We had to cancel because they burnt our lawn. We had used Tee Time for years and they did a great job but when it changed to Pro Turf it all went down hill!!

Did not request this service. Did not ask. Snow on the ground. It’s February. I don’t want to pay for lawn service in February. It stupid he came. We are canceling this service.

Excellent service, as always and the lawn looks great.

They did a nice job with the fertilizer application and the aeration / overseeding process.

Actually I can't tell what he did and my backyard still has a lot of creeping Charlie in it. If the first treatment next spring doesn't take of the creeping Charlie I'll ask for a refund.

Had this company this year for my lawn. More moisture this year than normal so should be easy to maintain. I also have an irrigation system so the few dry points I’ve supplemented. Mid summer spurge started to take hold. I asked them for a re-treat because it really shouldn’t be taking hold. They cancelled the re-treat 3 weeks in a row. By the time they came to re treat spurge took over a large portion of the yard. Re treat killed some, but not all. I submitted a request to cancel and refund remainder of the season as I changed providers. Crickets.. haven’t responded at all. This is not the one folks.

Do not use this company, they do not do what they say they will, they charge you for services not completed, do not call you back. Broke my brand new gate and will not reimburse me. There are better companies out there, please be aware.

I left TruGreen to try Tee Time. HUGE MISTAKE, although Tee Time stuck to a better schedule then TruGreen the product is useless!!! I’ve never had so many weeds in my lawn. I called to cancel my service and expected a refund for my last service but was told that was one of my 2 free services after buying 5. SCAM! When I signed up I was told I would be paying x amount for 7 services. I should be refunded for the unused service.

Hired them to kill weeds in my yard and feel I have more than ever. I've had zero weeds killed in my yard. Won't be using the service again.

They didn't do a good job on my lawn. By August I still had large areas with no grass and lots of weeds - I hired them specifically for those problems and paid for an entire year of service in advance to get a discount. Also, I told them repeatedly that I wanted to be home when they came, but they came without notice anyway. I won't hire them again. These photos above were taken in late summer, but this is what my lawn looked like at the beginning of summer too.

Worst lawn care provider I have EVER used. Did not call to set up appointments, I HAD TO CALL, and then they miss their appointments and do not call to give you a heads up. Then when you try to contact them you are on hold for 15-30 minutes. Sometimes they answer otherwise you have to leave a voice message. Voice messages are never returned. This company is an absolute joke, still working on getting my refund from this company and I canceled my services over 2 weeks ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Missed appointments and make-up appointments, ignored request to cancel, caused pesticide damage to lawn confirmed by three other lawn contractors, was unable to explain to me what work was done or what I had paid for. Nice people on the phone but certainly not good business partners.

Started out in the first year doing an ok job and then it went to crap. My lawn is covered in weeds and they were not treating the yard as they were being paid, big areas not treated. They damaged my lawn by burning it with to much chemical by unloading the spreader in the lawn dumping chemical all over in one spot. I called to complain and they never fixed it or returned when they said they would. Every time I call I get nowhere as its always a customer service rep and has no control. After three phone calls, a month later and still no return call I cancelled service and will go to someone else. I recommend anyone thinking of using this company to not pay until you are satisfied with the service they provide and by no means should you pay for anything pay in advance.
