Company is always on time and do great work, would recommend them to anyone, just a great Company to do business with!

I had to change my appointment because of a Conflict. The staff there was very flexible and were able to get me scheduled right away with something that worked with my schedule. The tech was extremely knowledgeable. Kirk was very friendly. He took the time to ask me if I had any concerns that I would like him to address. Very professional extremely nice guy!

We used this company a few years to treat bugs we had. In those years we only noticed a small decrease in activity after initially beginning services, but they never went away with their services. In the time we used this company I feel like their inspections were not through, they put a bandaid on the problem instead of helping get to the root of it and the effort was minimal. We switched to Orkin a few months ago and not only did they inspect our house from top to bottom I feel more cared for than I did by this company. Orkin still performs inspections to make sure the problem stays away and although we pay a little bit more I feel the change has been well worth it and we have not seen our problem bug since they began.

This is an excellent company. They are on time and easy to work with but best of all, the only bug I ever see is a dead bug. And not even any of those anymore.

Don’t sign contract!! Signed contract for quarterly service, they tried to tell me I HAD to get service every month, after checking contract they saw it was quarterly, now being told since I rescheduled that doesn’t count as one of the quarterly services. Just sick of dealing with the harassment- also still see spiders just a couple days after treatments.

Chuck is a Superior Salesman and Person. He explained everything. Robert and Rich did an Excellent job treating our property. Both were quite professional and thorough.

Broke my daughters tv and will not replace it, David basically says he trust that if his exterminator broke the television the exterminator would have told him. Also says there’s waiver signed before service stating they’re not responsible for anything broken or stolen.

I called the day before to remind IA/IL Termite and Pest Control Co. to make sure they did not treat inside our home, because my wife has extreme alergic reactions to sprayed chemicals and even heavy colognes. They were instructed eveytime to only treat inside both garages and around the house. The sad thing is they have serviced my home for a few years and I call before every treatment to make sure. One would think that one call would red flag the account...to make damn sure the inside would not be treated. Epic failure and lack of consern for the customers request. I came home to find that the tech came inside our home without authorization, and sprayed toxic chemicals throughout the inside of our home. I'm astonished at the incompiticy of this company to not have flagged our account day one. They cannot be trusted to service our home again.

Worst company in the Quad Cities! The "inspection" consisted of a 5 min glace. I recieved a bill for the inspection with no estimate for the simple repairs. The estimate took over 90 days to recieve, after multiple phone calls. Pathetic. I would have hired them on the spot to fix my home if they had been profesional and timely about it! Save yourself the time and find any other company for your pest or terminate needs.

On 3/26 I called the company asking if they could help me with an issue I had at a duplex of a racoon in the attic. They gave me a quote of $350 to get rid of racoon and advised I needed some repairs done estimate was $1200. I paid the $350 as required I asked when I needed to do the repairs they said to wait until they were done with trapping; they would keep me posted. Weeks went by nobody called me I called the office several times until I got a call back saying they were putting traps outside. I was very specific my issue was inside, Well one month later now they tell me I need to get the repairs done in order for them to do the trapping. I hired a maintenance person who did the job and now the company called me it was not done properly and they were done with me I needed to have hire them because only they knew how to do the job. So they never helped me and kept my $350

I had to pay upfront for services. That should have been a red flag. When they didn't show up at the scheduled time they gave me I called to cancel services and request a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. Don't pay this company for services upfront.

they do nothing into helping you fix the matter of what they did I am still waiting for one of their owners Guy. to contact me and they haven't called back yet he was on vacation I waited till he was off vacation and no one came yet . work not finished. I know it's a busy company but four months

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Though, an attempt to correct one of the multiple issues was done, it did not outweigh the many issues we experienced. Some areas needing work with this company is clear communication, follow-through, accountability and professionalism. -We were not updated on what work was completed at the end of each appointment -The crew arrived over an hour late for each appointment and was filled with excuses -The crew left feces infested garbage in our home from the crawl space where work was being completed -Left screws in our yard -Showed up without notifying us to work and then left the work unfinished and with a make-shift temp vent cover exposed to the elements -There was no communication on when parts would arrive or be installed The list goes on .... I wish we had clear communication and honesty, it’s unfortunate because it started off on the right foot. We were extremely disappointed with how our job was handled and would not recommend this company to anyone. We were left feeling bamboozeled and taken advantage of by IA IL Termite and Pest Control. We’ve actually had other friends and family stop business with them as a result of what we experienced. We can only hope that the owner and leadership make some serious changes to improve the issues noted above because it was completely unacceptable and shameful.

Do not hire them to replace gutters. They left a mess, didn't finish the job and one gutter is draining the opposite way of the downspout! The office lady ( Donna) told me they would be here for sure next day to fix it and finish the job( she said I had her word) and they never showed up. We got this alot from the beginning on when they would start, or come to work on the job. They were sub contracted to do this job, and I have let them know they are being replaced. All I heard was how they stand behind their work and have been doing gutters for years . Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

We had bed bugs and they did the treatment but we didn't finish all the follow ups so a few months later they come back. I called them to see what they could do to retreat them and they want to charge me another $1200 but offer free follow ups because apparently you get charged for those on top of the $1200, there was nothing in the paperwork I signed stating that. Plus they charged us $65 for not doing the follow up. This place is a rip off!! Even the lady at the store thought that it was strange that the guy that they sent over wanted to recharge us. Definitely would not recommend this place.
