Steve is very knowledgeable and was much more thorough when spraying my apartment than the previous pest control company the building used (Iowa Illinois). He explained everything he did very thoroughly as well and was respectful of property and pets.

We had him come for a flea problem. He was 5 hrs late for appt with no call. Then he came and sprayed. 1 day later we had an infestation. Nothing died. Had to call Orkin to fix the problem. Called and text to speak to him about being dissatisfied with services and still after 6 days no return call or text. No follow up at all. Feeling very ripped off. Also started reading more of the reviews and it seems it is a practice to be late and not respond to text or calls. And there is every excuse but that he has poor customer service. I waited several days to post this review. EDIT TO REVIEW: He did finally contact me and offer to come back for $40 but as I said at the time I couldn't afford that but did have Orkin come and put it on a credit card and Orkin came one time and have seen no fleas. They used actual spray for fleas. Then he text me and said that I needed to take my review done. I did say I couldn't afford it on that day. And yes I did pay 305 for Orkin to come they have a guarantee that if your not satisfied .....you told me more than one treatment yes you did but as you can see Orkin has been here once and have not seen one flea since. When you came the fleas tripled that we say as I stated in my first review. You should not ask people to remove honest reviews. You were very late did not call to tell me you'd be late. Used my sink and kitchen to mix your chemicals and also did not offer any kind of discount after I sat from 10am to 2pm to wait for you to come. So that review was honest and yes Orkin came a week later when I could afford them to come. So your text telling me you called Orkin cause it is public knowledge if I had them come or not is incorrect and it is also very rude to tell me to take it down or you will call google. Everyone has their opinion of service and just because you don't like the review doesn't mean to take it down. You were late and wasted half my day with no call. You asked me to edit my review and I have. Yes did call Orkin after you said you'd offer a discount to $40 and that day I couldn't afford it. Got paid and put Orkin on a credit card. Yes I am repeating myself because you were 4 hrs late did not call and sprayed with regular pest spray which doesn't control fleas. Orkin came used pest spray first and then used flea spray and not one flea has been seen since. He also showed me where the chipmunks were coming in and that is what was causing the flea issue in the basement. Because of the old canning cellar they covered before we bought the house. It took you exactly 8 minutes to spray Orkin was here for 25 minutes and was very thorough and explained everything. You said it would take more than one treatment and the fleas were not seen upstairs but somehow when you sprayed there were millions everywhere and then Orkin came and sprayed 2 weeks later and NO FLEAS HAVE BEEN SEEN SINCE!

I am really unhappy with the fact that I've tried several times by phone/text messages to get ahold of this company to st up an appointment. The one time I got to talk to someone, he was busy and was going to call me back. I'm still waiting. This is not very good business practice.

2 times this guy promise he will come And never show up !! My tenant wait for him 2 times after we schedule appointment. and all times he Wasn’t available at he’s phone, and than had different excuses Not professional at all !!!

Our office's cleaning crew did a fantastic job. Our workstation appears tidy and modern. I heartily endorse using their services!

Steve has taken great care of our Ministry for over 5 years. He is always very fair with prices and even gives discounts especially around the holidays. He is always prompt and very dependable! I would highly recommend Steve for all your pest control needs!

Great Service

STEVEN WAS VERY RUDE

This company I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND. He wasn’t on time (10am) no call to say he’s late then he was on a call while trying to talk to me and I just said get done with the call and we will talk ( in a very polite way) Tried to ask him to be on time and he did this crossing his arms and pouting like a child . I was so in shock to see a grown man doing this. Anyways he was very rude and aggressive. So I made a call to the police after he left because he was so loud and aggressive which triggered my anxiety. I NEVER WANT HIM HERE .. I STRONGLY SUGGEST CALLING SOMEONE ELSE because he’s very unprofessional. If I could give him no stars I would but it won’t let me.

He came out sprayed once, Still have ants all over my kitchen sink area, Have contacted him about it and I get no response,, So much for a guarantee, think I will be calling somebody else,Maybe Orkin can get the job done right. Maybe I should let the Better Business Bureau know about this.
