Darshan was very polite and answered my questions. I'd showed him the parameters of my landscape. He told me that today was all about treatin̈g the house and its parameters with granuals to effectively counter 10 feet from the house, if I'm thinking correctly. He seems like a good guy.

Ardel is always pleasant. He explains what he is doing for the day and gets right to work. He is very efficient.

My tech was awesome. He was very informative and listened to my concerns of all the wasps we see. I like the fact that is we see the wasps after treatment we can call and they will send someone out free of charge

Great service. They always remind me of their scheduled service and ask there are needs to address. Dan provided an update after the service was completed about what was done during the visit.

DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE. They are swindlers and barely service you. They show up and spray your house for 5 minutes and then call that done. Its overpriced and they will make sure to hide that from you in the contract. They also won't tell you about the cancelation fee of $250 dollars. They took $250 dollars from me because I didn't want theirterrible service anymore. THEY'RE SWINDLERS WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Don't recommend. High pressure sales, $250 "cancellation fee" when you decide not to use their service anymore. Just a bunch of snake oil salesmen.

A very pushy sells guy showed up at our door. However we had been looking for a pest control company. Fast forward to first time coming out, guy came and did his job! We were still seeing spiders 🤔 so had them come back. Well he came to do my basement and let’s just say sprayed like a damn garden hose every where!! All over my storage, carpet, windows, everywhere it was dripping. Oh but wait that’s not all! There was a live spider and instead of getting a tissue or paper towel he used his aluminum sprayer to kill it!!! Put a small hole in my wall and took off paint. Are you kidding me? Called and asked to speak to supervisor, one came out the next day. Seemed to be concerned and nice, umm no. Told me I would get a check in the mail for what we have previously paid. Yep you guessed it 6 weeks later no check. Then I was told I wouldn’t be paying anything for a long time. Nope got a bill today. Talk about being gaslighted, I definitely would not recommend this company. Steer far away!!

Came unprofessionally banging on my door at almost 10 PM trying to sell me their services. After asking me who I was and if I owned my home before even stating who they were or where they were from.

Would give 0 star review if I could, right now! ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE RIGHT! Fox has come through my neighborhood pressuring my neighbors and I to go with them for our pest control needs. After telling them we go with EMERICK, they then went to other neighborhoods to trash Emerick Pest Control company’s reputation spreading lies (an obvious failure of an attempt to get people to switch) and won’t stop harassing the people of my town. So sad that they choose to TRY and gain business this way. They would actually reach more customers if they A.) had reasonable prices B.) Didn’t trash on other companies C.) would quit harassing and trespassing and, D.) played genuine and fair.

Came to my door. And would refuse to leave. I told them we all ready had a pest control company that we were satisfied with. Continue trying to pursue us too go through them!!!!

Salesman walked onto porch past my No Soliciting sign and knocked on door. Even after pointing out sign kept talking and asking me to recommend someone in neighborhood they can talk to. Finally had to be rude and show sign and say no thanks!

READ ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE CONSIDERING! I would like to leave a negative five star review if that was an option. The representative came to my home on Memorial Day, he noticed my memorabilia from my time in the service and thanked me for my service. Then proceeded with his pitch a little pushy but I took it as ambition. He then set all my expectations for what his company would do for me. My main concerns were the ants and mosquitoes. He had 2 separate plans the home protection plan inside and out and the outdoor enjoyment plan (mosquito, flea, tick). After walking throughout my lawn with him he said they would have no problem handling my concerns if I was willing to give him a chance. The prices were a little high in my opinion but I thought if we could get the ants and mosquitoes under control it would be worth it. Set up a time and day for them to come give them a chance. The tech showed up and dusted off the cobwebs from around the windows and sprayed what must of been water around the foundation because what he sprayed did nothing in regards to insect deterrent. Spread what he called ant bait around the home and not in the highlighted spots that were pointed out to the rep the day prior, odd, which seemed to just fill their bellies because they never left. And when I asked about the inside he said it wasn’t on the schedule, odd because I was told that was part of the home protection plan. And due to the weather he could not treat the yard for the outdoor enjoyment plan, made sense to me. They were called back out because the ants never left. Fox sent 2 technicians that time and neither were qualified to treat the outdoor enjoyment plan so they put out more ant food around the perimeter this time in other parts of the property that were missed the first time. That just filled the ants bellies and kept them working, but then charged me for the outdoor enjoyment plan which was not performed due to their lack of qualifications. So at this point I’ve got ants still not treatment inside the home cobwebs back around the windows and charged twice for a service that was not performed all in an 8 day period. I call customer service and was told that a manager would have to address my concerns that I would be put on his schedule for a call by the end of the day. No call so I contacted them that evening and was told that the service rep I spoke to did not submit the request so I had to wait until Monday and would receive a call first thing Monday morning. An entire week went by with no call. I call them and ask to speak to a manager only to be told his schedule is very busy and he would call me the next business day. Again no returned call. I do not believe that the manager even exists at this point. There is ZERO trust and confidence in this company and would highly recommend anyone use any other company other than Fox pest control for their needs in this service. Multiple charges 0 explanation 0 results and 0 returned calls to address issues. This was my last resort but they left me with no other option. BEWARE!

door to door salesman rode in past a no trespassing sign, when I told him I had a no trespassing sign he still tried to hand me a brochure. Will never do business with people like this. Had to ask him to "get the hell off my property" No trespassing sign circled in photo.

Crooked! Do not use. They Made up termite problem which did not exist. according to them needed $2000 treatment. Got second opinion it said no termites. I looked at it myself and could see no evidence after being advised what to look for. Do not use these folks. They are scam artists.
