I called them to come and kill the crabgrass in my yard they were out in 2 days and sprayed the yard. Unfortunately we had a power rain that day, so I called them about it, they just asked that I wait 10 days to see if the spraying did the job. After the 10 days I called back and said it looked like some spots washed off, so 2 days later they were back and resprayed, no charge. Have to call every month to get a respray for weeds. This company promises they'll come out for a redo but waits till the next scheduled spray. They wait till after the first frost to come out to aerated your property. They charge you for "X" Sq ft yet they don't spray the exposed footage. They came out for my 3rd of 5 scheduled sprays and burnt the crap out of my grass. When I complained, they came out & said my grass looked great & it will come back with watering. Will not continue paying this
