I called them to come and kill the crabgrass in my yard they were out in 2 days and sprayed the yard. Unfortunately we had a power rain that day, so I called them about it, they just asked that I wait 10 days to see if the spraying did the job. After the 10 days I called back and said it looked like some spots washed off, so 2 days later they were back and resprayed, no charge.
