Bob was fantastic, as always! He is always incredibly professional, personable, and so helpful! Bob is always on time and is willing to work around our crazy schedules. He always explains every detail that would be needed to solve problem and what he would be doing for my future appointments. Bob always is friendly with the kids, animals and visits yet able to keep working. He always makes me feel comfortable if I needed to call him between visits. If I have a concern with pests or have empty bait boxes, he already has it fixed before I even mention it to him. He was and is so quick to respond and has a thorough knowledge of what he's doing and how to do it well and thoughtfully! So, appreciate the service! I highly recommended using this company and make sure you ask to have Bob McGuire as your tech.

I have been battling roaches in my apartment for 2 months. The retirement office has contracted with abc, so I have no choice but to deal with them. The pest man told me on initial visit to empty all cupboards and pantry. He came and sprayed. He was supposed to move out the refrigerator and the stove. I am highly doubting that this was done because when I moved out my refrigerator there was roaches all over the floor behind it. So now me and my neighbor have a roach infestation. I called another company and was wanting to pay to have my house sprayed and they said they couldn't come on the property unless they had Management's approval so I'm stuck with the ABC pest control. He told me to empty my cupboards again which I did when he came on his visit he came in and sprayed once on either side of the refrigerator he sprayed in the pantry, and then he went to walk out I said hey I emptied my cupboards and he came back in and he sprayed the cupboards budget spray two drawers that were emptied out. He is contracted to come every Thursday however he missed this Thursday and came on Friday instead.when I asked him if he is going to return every Thursday like he's supposed to he said he laughed and said if he remembers. This is a crime we have to live this way.

Never had a issue until I complained about a tech , once I complained my contract was ended service was never completed, called and called to get another tech was told the tech I had a issue with was the only one I could get and if I didn’t like it too bad I don’t get their service then , I feel because I complained about a tech that has been there for 20 yrs I was punished as a consumer god forbid someone has a opinion on how someone sprays their home , I talked with stephenie cowden she was very short and mostly rude , sad I never had a issue loved their service , guess customer service doesn’t exist any more and they’re in the business to lose money , hopefully you don’t have the same experience I had but my opinion is stay away

We are a small business and unfortunately due to staffing shortages, we simply do not have another technician in your area. We would be more than happy to have the technician in your area return to your property and correct the situation. The amount of time the technician has been with the company was mentioned to assure you that he is knowledgeable and able to solve your problem. Poor values, poor management, treat their employees horribly. 10/10 would not recommend. Bob is an awful technician and is very rude.

Josh, you have never had our service and you have never met Bob. Your dad worked here for 15 plus years. If your dad is upset with Bob, I am not sure how that translates into the company being horrible. Making these kinds of comments on any social media platform is petty and extremely immature.
I would NOT recommend. They are not customer service oriented. They always show up to spray outside when it is raining. They then proceed to walk in your house with wet/muddy shoes. They call and expect to make a service call the same day. They do not return calls or address complaints.
