With reluctance I’ll be aging myself for the benefit of a company I strongly suggest without biased. I have been a landlord 20+ years and a commercial real estate agent nearly 10, I can confidently say there are zero companies I would trust more with pest control than plunkett’s. Jaime and Ben have been so helpful compared to Orkin, Aaa, & etc., I’d invite them to my wedding… highly recommend.

Does the job through with ]positive results

About a year and a half ago, we had hired Plunkett's to be rid of bugs. We did everything they asked before they treated the home. The next week they asked us to now remove all boxes from the living room so they can treat the carpet. This took another weekend for us. We never stepped foot in the house for 3 1/2 months. When we were able to put things back, we realized all of my fathers shoes were taken. At the same time we were dealing with my father being in the hospital. It wasn't until this fall when my mother passed and we were going through everything, that we realized her diamond earrings, diamond necklace, ruby and diamond ring, and my fathers Rolex watch were missing. Knowing my mother would never allow anyone in the house without not knowing them and never would have anyone in her bedroom and the sadness of loosing my father and finding out she had cancer, the jewelry was the last thing she was worried about. I had emailed the company shortly after we found my dads shoes missing, that we never herd back from the company. They did rid of the bugs and I am to think they helped themselves to precious jewelry that was to be passed on to us daughters. Well, the gal that was in charge of the operation at my folks home has been let go. I guess this will not be delt with and brushed under the rug. Too anyone that has precious items, please remove from your home or business.

Plunket Pest Control addressed some bats living in my attic in a humane way (no kill) They explained the process and timing clearly for my understanding. Their operators are professional and thorough.

Not sure what we paid, ended going to a yearly package while the dude was here. He did a great job with the bees and apparently with the asian beetles as there are 100's laying around the foundation of the house. Very satisfied!!

Terrible customer service! I paid almost $500 to resolve a rodent issue in my lawn and garden (moles and chipmunks) and still have a problem after they so called “completed” the project. Would never hire again!

We had some unexpected visitors recently. Some yellow jackets thought it would be fun to set up house in our side porch. We objected. Plus our dog liked snapping @ them. Not ok. We called Plunkett’s and spoke with Joe who explained everything about getting rid of our guests. In addition, there was a seven day guarantee if the treatment didn’t work, we would get another application for free. By day six our guests were gone, never to return! We don’t miss them, thanks Plunkett’s!

Not happy. The beetles are out in full force. They do not drop once they touch the siding as I was told, leaving a trail. I do know they are a pest but I was hoping for something better. Maybe I was expecting a miracle!

A difficult pest situation is nearing a completion, because of the steady work of Plunkett's individual technician aided by thorough assistance from the office support staff.

I was very happy with Plunkett's Pest Control. They were professional & honest. What impressed me, I was quoted one price, and when they saw that I was in a townhouse, smaller than an average home, they did not charge me the full amount. I will call them next year, as I was very pleased with them.
