Had a springtail issue. Rachael came out and sprayed and was very knowledgeable. Need another treatment so didn’t hesitate to call them again. Would always use them for our pest control. Lady on the phone is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly.

ive been going through this company for about 14 years for various pest problems and precautions over the years, most of that has been recent. in my experience working with them they have alot of good people working there that are knowledgeable about what they do and what u can do to make the most of what they did to resolve the pest problem.

They did a free inspection and quote, as I was dissatisfied with my previous exterminator. The technician who came was knowledgeable and professional. The quote was a fair price for the service offered (treating for termites). I’d recommend!

They have been super helpful with our pest problem and are fairly quick to get us scheduled.

Certified has helped us keep mice under control. We live in a mobile home so the critters like to get in during the winter. Rachel is a great at finding routes that mice. come in the home and keeping them out. Rates are very reasonable.

I called Certified hoping to get service right away. Their dispatcher advised that they had no open appointments for at least a week. She ended up getting the owner himself to juggle his schedule and handle my needs personally, the next day. Every point of contact with these guys was professional and I was made to feel very confident that I definitely called the right guys. I'd highly recommend them.

Not helpful At all, doesn't seem to handle or have experience with anything related to what's going on in The rental property I am currently renting. Also when they went threw My Apt With my landlord my roommate witnessed our house Left wide open unlocked And thing's moved around in the apt.after they had done a Walk threw.

Today when the apartment complex I live in was being sprayed, the person who sprayed my apartment left my door completely unlocked and not closed all the way. This is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

I had a guy show up and tell my renters he would be contacting me shortly with an estimate to remove bats from attic. 2 weeks later never heard back but i got a bill for 100 bucks for the inspection. Called on Friday and was told he would call me Monday. Monday at 4:30 pm still no call. I call back. The guys are still not in the office but she reviews a sheet and says it will $1000 to seal the attic and install “bat doors”. (This lets them out but not back in). I ask how many hours this entails and she informs me it is 2 guys working 6 hours plus the bat door cost and follow up. When i mention i am in the wrong business and should go into the bat control business making almost 100 bucks an hour, she got defensive and said i should go somewhere else. Now, she was very nice i must say, and she did remove the initial 100 dollar inspection fee so i am really torn here. Lousy communication with the inspector, HORRIBLY overpriced but a very nice and polite phone gal. Can not reccomend this place one bit but kudos to the phone girl. She was very polite:)
