AAA Pest Control

We have used AAA for years and have always had good service. Our current tech Brent consistently goes out of his way: very friendly, takes the time to answer questions, and really goes above and beyond in servicing our home.

Matthew did an awesome job. Response time was great and had clear communication through the entire process.

I recently moved into a property that was pretty severely neglected by its aging homeowner for years. We have encountered numerous pests since moving in from wasps to spiders to ants to carpenter ants. The carpenter ants were of greatest significance and concern, so I reached out to AAA for guidance on an approach to treating them now and prevention in the future. Brent was such a great support - after hearing my desperation following countless ant traps and DIY exterior treatments. I was concerned about the implications to our structure and adamant that we wanted to not only prevent new carpenter ants from entering, but eradicating those that clearly have made their way into the home. He was so patient and kind and offered his thoughts on an immediate strategy and a longer-term one. He even noted that I needed to have my trees trimmed away from the structure which was on my list of to-dos, but bumped it in priority. He took time to be very thorough in finding any culprit areas throughout the whole house and was very sensitive to my concerns about the safety of our cats with any indoor treatment. We are feeling so much better knowing Brent is on our team to rid these pests and are already seeing marked improvement. Great technician and great company to work with!

Owner just yelled and hung up on me! I just called for 2 separate reasons that I left a concise message about with the answering service. Reason 1-canceling service because we are moving. Reason 2-treating an ant hill for the new owners. I’m not sure if the this dude thought I was trying to “get one over” on him or what but the conversation was instantly defensive and was using terms that I didn’t understand and acted like I remembered the ins and outs of my service agreement. We have been using this company for years. I truly don’t remember the months they come out as it’s not every month. He couldn’t even be calm enough for me to explain I wasn’t trying to get ant treatment and cancel without payment for my next scheduled month. Was raising his voice so much I couldn’t even explain. Tbh this isn’t the first time he’s been snippy with me about service but I wrote the first time off. NO reason any business owner should treat a customer like this.

Matthew and the whole team at AAA Pest Contorl were wonderful to work with. Not only were their customer service skills extraordinary, but their knowledge and down to earth attitude put me at ease and made me feel like they really cared about providing the best service possible. We had mice problems, and someone recommended AAA Pest Control. Had quick response from Matt, and was so polite and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner and professional. He ended up having a cancellation same day, so came that afternoon. Spent time explaining everything and showing the products they use. His recommendations and products he used did the trick very quickly. We also had ant issues once in awhile, and so far haven’t had any. The maintenance program is very nice to have. Thank you so much Matt. We have such a good piece of mind now- that the issue is taken care of, and have the products to use , if the issue does came back.

Upon remodeling our basement, we found what we believed to be carpenter ants. I contacted other pest control businesses and they sent their quotes, but Eric went above and beyond to actually educate us why they might be in our home. Eric came and confirmed that our problem was carpenter ants, treated our home, and we've had no issues with ants since! We will gladly utilize AAA Pest Control in the future and recommend them to our friends and family!

Matthew was here when he said he would be.very courteous and explained everything so that I could understand it.have seen no ants since he was here.very pleased with the service he provided.will call again if needed.

Brent is the best! He is timely, mindful and so friendly. When I heard mice in my home Brent went out of his way to stop and take care of it for me. He’s been taking care of my home for awhile now and I am always pleased with his work!

Matthew with AAA Pest has been incredible! Always on time and always letting us know when he’s planning to come out for our service. Even coming out to do a treatment outside of our normal service visit to treat for the abnormal pest increase of the Japanese beetles this year!

Matthew is very knowledgeable and has done a fantastic job for us. We have had issues with ants for years. Usually the normal routine of treatment takes care of it but this year the ants were much more persistent. It required multiple extra visits to finally take care of them, which were performed promptly and pleasantly. I would highly recommend AAA Pest Control and our technician Matthew.

I cannot recommend AAA Pest Control enough. We had a major yellow jacket bee hive issue in the basement of our house. We called AAA and Eric stopped by on the way home from his day to take a look. He said it was bad but he didn't have a bee suit with him. His schedule was booked up for 3 days but he put us on his schedule. Shortly later he called and told us he would come back that night to take care of it for us at the end of his day so we would not have to continue to deal with the issue. So above and beyond service! All around amazing. Thank you.

Haven't needed to use them yet, but feel compelled to leave a review from my experience contacting them. When you call, you get to talk to a human, which I love. Owner, Eric, then promptly called me, listened to my issue, and gave me his expert advice. A few texts back and forth, confirmation on my issue, and a plan to move forward that didn't even involve an exterminator at this time. When the time comes that I need that work done, he'll be my first call, and my first recommendation for anyone who may need his services. Thanks, Eric!!!

Amazing! Prompt, honest, friendly, highly communicative and fully transparent. He went out of his way to come out and treat the issue faster than I thought would be possible. So happy I went with this awesome local company.

I always get great service from them at a reasonable price. Also, Brent is one of the best communicators I have ever seen in a business environment! He always notifies me ahead of time when he is coming to spray the exterior of my house. Much appreciated!!
