I was able to schedule an appointment and they scheduled inspection next day. Brad super friendly & very understanding. He did inspection & explained different options for treatment. I will definitely recommend calling if you are in need for pest control services!

We had Trio Pest Control come to our home due to a concern we had about pests in our basement. Dusty came to service our home and he was just excellent - kind, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and funny. It is hard to find an honest company, but we will definitely use again for any future issues!

I had a very smooth termite inspection for our VA home loan, and the WDI report was produced efficiently the same day. Jenny was professional, thorough, and easy to work with throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and made the experience stress-free. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and excellent service. I called Trio about a mouse problem. Jenny showed up promptly. She explained why she was doing what she was doing. I learned a lot about the little varments. Jenny knows her stuff. I highly recommend her!! Just to be clear, not all my questions were about mice, she knew the answers.

We had them come out and spray for fleas. Along with them spraying we treated the dog with flea medicine and several flea baths along with washing every single piece of bedding in the house. Vacuumed every day as recommended. When we came home our furniture was pulled out all over the place and we had to fix every room. Fleas were better for maybe a week then it seemed like it didn’t matter how much we vacuumed or cleaned. Called them and they said we had to wait 30 days before they’d come out again. This was after telling them our toddler was continuing to get bit by fleas and was miserable. Finally after 30 days they come back out and spray again. This time no furniture was moved so leads us to believe they didn’t spray behind it. Also found out they didn’t spray the basement the first time the tech was here after talking to her to make sure the basement got sprayed as we were noticed them there. Same thing. Treated the dog and washed everything while vacuuming religiously. Still continued to have issue a week after they were out. My husband called them and to see what we could do and told them we were going to have to call another exterminator to take care of the issue as our toddler was suffering. After that they basically told us we were SOL and there was nothing they could do. Ended up having to have Orkin come out and pay another $300.

I scheduled an appt with Trio which was super easy to do. I got an appt the next day for getting an inspection and set up to get rid of mice in my home that I wasn’t able to get rid of with DIY methods. I actually had to reschedule until the next day due to an unexpected work issue which was no problem. Jenny was the technician that came over. She gave a thorough inspection, showed me pictures and texted me them after she left. She also thoroughly explained what she was going to set up and then follow up in 30 days. It’s def working. I would highly recommend Trio and Jenny without hesitation for mice extermination

I had a great experience just now with Jenny from Trio. She came out to take a look at a mouse problem we've been having in the attic. Jenny diagnosed the ground zero entry point, added a preventative barrier and advised further steps I could take to prevent further intrusions. We talked about other aspects of mouse infestation and signs to look out for. It's worth noting that she never tried to upsell me on anything - just straight and to the point with the service that I was quoted, and then strategies and options moving forward to keep the problem under control. At every stage in her visit she exhibited real knowledge and experience, too. Sometimes it's difficult to know what to expect when bringing a company out to diagnose an issue with your home, but this was a really great experience.

I've had several treatments done to my home to combat yellowjackets over the years. We're really not interested in a maintenance contract as most pest control companies require, so I went with Trio. The service technician that came to my home, Brad, was great. He inspected the area that I specified on the exterior of the house and got to work. He was knowledgeable, friendly and has awesome customer service. I recommend Trio.

Everything was great! Dusty came out and took care of our yellow jacket nest and guaranteed they would be dead and gone!

We had a hornets nest near our mailbox. I called and they came out the very next day. We were very happy with communication, fast scheduling and great service! We will definitely call again if we need anything in the future!

Dusty did an excellent job both times he was out. The ants were gone within a week. He is always friendly and super helpful with advice to keep pests away!

Trio Pest Control got me scheduled in quickly and Brad was right on time and very kind! I appreciated his service and inspection, even though nothing was wrong he didn’t make me feel like I wasted his time. He even took care of my wasp nest!

No response after 3 business days. We left a voicemail message and three messages through the Trio Pest Control website requesting a call back to arrange inspection and evaluation of termite or carpenter ant activity. We go out of our way to support small locally owned businesses, such as our own; but, there's a limit to the effort we'll invest to chase after a business. Now, moving on to one of the big-name companies.

Totally rude by phone! Don’t bother calling them.

The owner William emailed me and said I was rude to his office girl oh well so don't be rude people or you will have to find a better pest control company like we did

First service was great. On the follow-up service attempt, left 2 to 3 voicemails. On the fourth attempt, they finally responded, said I was out of warranty, even though when I contacted them initially, it was under warranty. Because the carpenter bees had returned. Did not respect the fact that the initial contact was made under warranty time. Would not recommend due to unprofessionalism, as a doctor myself, never seen nor exhibited such unprofessional by an organization.
