DO NOT USE ORKIN. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. I had a terrible experience with Orkin, and I strongly advise anyone with a pest issue (mice) to avoid them. I found a mouse in my basement closet and noticed droppings around the first floor of my home.
