I utilized Reliable Pest Control services yesterday. The reason I choose them was because of their pricing. I purchased the Two Season Pest Control for $185. This includes 2 visits and any spot service calls needed between the appointment dates. The gentlemen were very professional and friendly. I was told that the effects of their treatment process would take about a week. I noticed a change the very next morning (less ants). I am hopeful that this will turn out to be a great experience and when it comes time to schedule my next appointment, I don't have troubles like the other reviewer. I would hate to take them to small claims court over failure to provide the second part of their service. The only complaint I have is my appointment was set to be between the hours of 5:30 and 6:00. They didn't pull into my driveway until 6:30. I had to initiate the call at 6:15 to find out why they weren't there yet. I will be typing a follow up review when the next appointment comes.

I used Reliable pest Control, it cost $300 for the initial visit and he said he would come back every month for $25 a month, well as soon as he was paid we made the follow up appointment, BTW he knew this was a rental and I lived out of town, well he canceled the follow up and never answered the phone for me again. So I got ripped off, the ONLY REASON. I PAID HIM $300 WAS BECAUSE THE FOLLOW UP MONTHS WERE $25. SO HE PRETTY MUCH STOLE MY MONEY BECAUSE I WAS LIED TO AND PAID WAY TO MUCH TO GET AN EMPTY HOUSE EXTERMINATION
