It was disappointing to have such a BAD experience after more than 15 years of being a loyal customer for my two homes. In my opinion, the company is going DOWN in customer service, with the recent management change. Jaden,( branch manage) has NOT been cooperative with customer service. He believes customer is always " wrong". Here are my recent unpleasant experiences. When my property was damaged by their service technician, he started blaming me and suggested it did not caused by his employee. Finally he found out it was their fault and not mine. After all the fertilizer treatment ( which I believe not adequate, at least for my lawn) the lawn does NOT look green, compared to my neighbors. I do water 3 times a week. He told me that it takes 6 weeks to show the results. Whereas my research on Purdue university site indicates the results should be within two weeks. Jaden would not agree to service my lawn for this issue. Again he told me I am wrong . Next issue, it has been more than half season is over and weed problem has not been under control ( please see my multiple lawn weeds pictures, attached). The company promises on their website that WITHIN 72 HOURS they respond to any issue. Finally after multiple calls for service request, he got back to me 10 days later to send for service. In my opinion Jaden deserves a ZERO STAR.

I have had this service since 2018. It has gone downhill for the past few years. I always pay in advance for the year. I also have an irrigation system. I also call to spot treat for weeds. After 4 treatments this year this is what my lawn looks like. Be warned.

We have occupied the same residence for almost 40 years and this year is the best we've seen our lawn look in all the time we've been here. Weeds are almost completely non-existent and spurge, that has consistently overrun the yard for a decade, has completely disappeared. The lawn is extremely dense and areas previously suffering from pet waste damage have almost completely disappeared without any additional services required.

Nature Scape performed a spring and fall weed control service on our lawn and the results were excellent. They arrived when scheduled and were dependable.

We were initially a little disappointed after the first application, as our lawn was still heavily covered with dandelions and looked like a sea of yellow. However, after the second application, the difference was incredible. Our lawn is now lush, green, and completely free of dandelions. Basically, it looks fantastic. It would have been nice to have a little better communication regarding weed control not being part of the initial application I ordered, but, that said, we’re very pleased with how the lawn turned out and appreciate the noticeable transformation after the follow-up, and we’re very happy with the results overall. I highly recommend these guys for all of your lawn care needs!

Scheduled earlier this week with a neighbor. They didn’t show up when I was told they would be at my home. I called to confirm they would be there today and the lady on the phone had no idea because she couldn’t “find” me. Then she asked for zip code and said the manager was out in the field today and would be at my house “some time” today. Here it is in the early evening with no one on sight. You had two customers ready to sign up and pay for services but will now be going with another company.

I have been a customer of Naturescape for many years. My husband switched to another company only because my neighbor worked for a different lawn care service and everyone on our street was using them. They did a good job but the personal care I received from Naturescape was great so after a couple of years I decided to switch back to Naturescape and am happy I did.They treat me like family making sure I’m completely satisfied with my service. Thank you Naturescape for the great customer service!

I used Naturescape for aeration and overseeding in the fall. They did a outstanding job and the comfort of 100% satisfaction gaurantee makes it worry free. Will be continuing to use them in the future.

The young man that did the aeriation was very polite. He was expecting to see the "before you dig" flags that I require. I forgot to call the before you dig # so he was concerned. I walked the lawn with him letting him know where the Tv cable are. He avoided the area properly and all was good. He also made sure to core tightly in the corners and along the property lines. Great Job!

I highly recommend Naturescape and Lawn care. I used them for the first time this year (2025) to do fall aeration and over seeding. And as a result of their phenomenal customer service, (shout out to Pam who was so helpful in listening to my needs, answering all my questions, and making recommendations) I plan to use them for all my lawn care service beginning in the spring of 2026 and discontinue with my current lawn seevice provider. The reason is due to their superior customer service, quality of work, and affordable cost. Much more affordable than my prior lawn service. Best value for my dollar. At least give Naturescape a shot to compete and I think you’ll be happy!!!!

NatureScape performed our fall lawn aeration and we are pleased with the results. Since our home is located in a court, Keaton walked the perimeter of the yard with us to ensure he would not interfere with the neighbor's yards and also locate our irrigation system. He took his time to complete the aeration and we had lots of dirt plugs. With the fall rains, our yard has recovered very well.
