I have been using Mosquito Squad for 4 years now and have never had an issue with this company. They show when they are supposed to, staff is always very friendly and respectful of my property. Their products work. No mosquitos, spiders or other pests.

Mosquito squad has helped us control mosquitos and gnats on our property with a pond and pool since we moved here 7 years ago. They do a great job and have great service. Definitely recommend them

I’m not happy. After the treatment there are swarms of nats or other insects. I can’t imagine the person treating the yard didn’t encounter the insects

This is unusual for me I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but they asked me to share my experience, and it has been frustrating at best. First, let me say that the service works. I’m pleased by the outcome. We are not bothered by mosquitoes on the property since I began using the service. Second, I appreciate the responsiveness of the office staff. They are quick to respond, understanding and helpful. That goes a long way in my way of thinking. What concerns me is a number of things. As I have watched the treatment regimen, it seemed to me that the objective was to complete it as quickly and superficially as possible, rather than as thoroughly as needed. There is a difference in my mind between process and outcome. I think their focus has been on the process side, rather than on the outcome side, until I had to complain. Until I complained about it, they deliberately left paper tags on the fence gates that I had to go around my yard and remove. It was a useless gesture that created unnecessary work for me to remove them. I didn’t see the purpose in them except to create liter and extra work for me. . Further, they are now leaving unnecessary tags on my front door that simply go directly into the trash. I believe in good communication. But communication for each application is genuinely excessive, consisting of a “scheduled” email, an “on the way” text, an “I’m here” text and a “completed text.” Two would be adequate. The excess texts come across to me as unnecessary and intrusive. Finally, their invoicing and billing system is massively screwed up. I ended up double paying over $900 this year, because I chose to pay in advance for the service, but received a second invoice. Thankfully, the double payment was caught and refunded. Now, as I write this, I have received four invoices in the past two weeks for an additional service I requested. My check was mailed and received, but not yet deposited. Something is not working correctly in their accounts receivable system. Duplicate invoices should not be sent in less than a 30 day period. To summarize, the service works. The outcome is great. But the process and the back office operations leave a lot to be desired. That’s a two star review from me.

We were working outside today and had to go in as was difficult to breath after neighbor's application. Stays in the atmosphere for quite some time for dissipation. Employee was wearing a respirator to apply. Would not recommend.

Do NOT USE these guys they are NOT SAFE. The wind is blowing this spray all across our neighborhood again today! It happens all the time. Today they were spraying with the wind at 15 mph sustained winds with 30 mph gusts. I turned the corner with my car - windows were down enjoying the fresh air and a big cloud of spray blew INTO my car! It also blew across the street all over my pollinator garden. They are NOT SAFE for people or pollinators!

Agreed to tri-weekly service of 1.2 acres and the technician said it would take 20 minutes. Give minutes later he was driving off of my property. I watched them and the technician only treated about .2 acres. Now the area they did treat was improved but the other areas were still swarming with mosquitoes. When I let them know about the issue, they did say he put down a time if like 8 minutes and that was really fast for the area of service and they didn't really offer a solution. I cancelled my contract and will do something else. [ Edited Response to Owner: You did say you would send out a tech but my paid service was coming a couple days later (kind of redundant). I wasn't told it would only be a week before second application, due to signing up near end of treatment schedule week, and the costs had added up quickly with little service. A simple "We will credit your account for one spray in next years service" would have solved everything ]

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Was yelled at on the phone about being professional and yes was treated horribly. The lady that called was very very unprofessional. She needed to be trained on how to speak to customers and not be so rude. I will be letting everyone know how horribly I was treated.
