We use Kendall Pest Control for bugs in the spring and noticed a massive reduction in anything getting inside - virtually zero bugs now. Also had a rodent get into the basement and he stopped by and took care of it. Highly recommend - will use their services again.

John and his services are great. He helped spray our home for bugs, plus set up several bait stations for mice. Since he first came 3 months ago, I haven't seen any evidence of mice inside my home. He schedules regular maintenance with us, and clearly explains what he's doing and why. Definitely recommend for bug/mice control!

Best referral ever! A friend suggested I reach out to Kendall pest control for a problem in my garage. John was out within an hour and assessed that the problem no longer existed and that the droppings in there were old. He even identified the animals. He spent a half an hour going through everything and refused to take a dime from me. Trust me when I say this is a rarity! And I will be sure to call him should those little buggers return. If I could give ten stars I would!!!!

After several years on a monthly plan with a nationwide pest control company, we decided to go local for better customer service. I called several companies and decided to go with John at Kendall Pest Control. No monthly contracts, he comes when he says he’ll be here, and we haven’t seen any pests! I also appreciate that we can get extra visits in the summer and fewer in the colder months.

Good service, definitely solved our ant problem. Kind of expensive or I would have given 5 stars. Nevertheless, we will use them going forward.

Kinda bummed. This company has great reviews, so I was expecting amazing results. I called and explained that there is a small opening where the roof and 2nd floor meet. Bees/wasps are coming and going from this opening. We can hear them from inside the house in our upstairs bathroom. I told him that the 2nd floor roof is about 20-25 feet high. I felt like I explained the problem and by coming to my home it could be fixed. John came out within a few hours and used a long tool to spray white powder in the hole to kill the bees/wasps. He told me the bees would carry that to their friends and they'd all die. I know we'd have to repair the hole once the bees died. I was so happy, I trusted him, and paid him $175. Well, after a few days we still have bees/wasps and we are so disappointed. Spoke to John today, he was very nice, but didn't offer to make it right or help fix the problem. He told us what the dust is called and after some research we can order it on Amazon for about $28 to treat a large area. I'm sorry I spent $175 and wanted to make others aware of this situation. **Update . . . Mr. Kendall so kindly said he was refunding my money, which he did. I took his check to the bank and he placed a STOP PAYMENT on the check. So, NOW I'M OUT $175, PLUS THE $19 STOP PAYMENT FEE.
