Stephen is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of watching defile my home. He did hundreds of dollars of damage to my furniture and said it was required to do the job and never apologized or fixed it, just left entire sheets of fabric torn off! Never once was he respectful or considerate with my home or my possessions... Or my time! He also is horrific with scheduling and will blame and charge you for his own mistakes, knowing you're stuck because of a bed bug issue. Just really concerning behavior that is so far from professional. I made the mistake of hiring local instead of a chain and that was the last time I'll ever do that even though I was raised to support local business entirely because of Stephen. To clarify he charged about 10% more than other franchise options.

My good friend and Rusty Wallace super fan Dallas had found a bed bug infestation after a trip, I along with other friends have had good experiences with Indy Bed Bug and Pest, so we told him to give them a call. They were able to prevent further spread of the bed bugs, as well as saving Dallas’s favorite and most rare Rusty Wallace shirts. Awesome work!

We called this company after we had gotten bit a few times. With one of us working in a hospital. A few bed bugs were brought it to our home. They came and found em. Treated our home. Gave us instructions that we followed. We haven’t had an issue since, in over 2 years. Great guy. Cool and glad to help. Prompt and good with communication. Would definitely recommend
