Greenix Pest Control

Customer service is very poor. We originally called greenix in November because we were seeing mice in our house. After explaining we would like the house inspected for entry points and sealed we were told we needed to sign up for a 12 month contract before a technician would come out. We agreed and the technician came out, spent no more than 15 minutes at our residence and left with no communication. All that was done was 4 bait boxes were placed outside after being told we would get an inspect

I don’t normally need reviews but I felt I needed to write this one. We used Greenix for the first time this week based on a friends recommendation and I was sadly disappointed. I have been a customer for years. Mosquito control and home pest control. I don’t have any mosquito problems. Until recently I haven’t had any issues with there services. My last quarterly service the technician was here a total of 8 minutes. They are supposed to clean all cobwebs around windows and spray. Additionally they are to to spread granules around perimeter of house. You can see by the pictures this did not happen. In fact no foot prints near the house. I called customer service and th
